Private oasis in Scottsdale on one+ acres with gorgeous desert views. Experience a resort style back yard as well as a roof top patio. Newly renovated and furnished 4200 square foot in a resort like setting yet close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, hiking and many other activities. 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with the fourth bedroom in an exclusive, fully equipped casita. We even have an RV garage.

Extensive cable TV package with 4K TV Super high speed Wi-Fi internet access. Full stereo system with surround sound in family room and speakers in both the living room and exterior pool area.

Great swimming pool with spa. Pool can be heated (additional cost). Outdoor fire place and barbecue with luxurious seating outdoors.

Stay at Oasis in the desert
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, plenty of space for our family of 8, everything-plus is provided. Ariff is a pleasure to rent from. Our only suggestion is to provide a rollaway bed or air mattress. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay. Bonus is that it’s dog friendly.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. This is our go to place when we come out to Arizona to visit our son. Arrif is a great host and very responsive. His home is very comfortable, spacious and has everything that you might need.

Second year at this property. First year we stayed at a villa in The Boulders ( basically same neighborhood ), our family so much prefers this property. Beautiful house with outstanding outdoor facilities. Pool w/ hot tub, outdoor living room, firepit , bbq and roof seating area. So close to great hiking, horseback riding and restaurants.

Excellent stay!
The house and grounds was immaculate and very welcoming. This was exactly the trip we were looking for. My biggest positive experience was the fact that the property owner and their concierge was immediately available. We did not have any problems while we were there but did have a few questions. They were available right away and took care of our needs immediately. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood making it great for a nice evening by the pool. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Place in Suburban Scottsdale
The property managers were easy to communicate with. The house was in excellent condition and the pool was well cleaned. Location was excellent. Nice area with easy to access plazas for food and necessities. Quick drive to plenty of hiking and golf courses. Scottsdale and Phoenix are also easily accessible. It was the perfect setup for a family of 5 escaping the cold during christmas. 10/10

Relax in Carefree
We were a family of 8 with a 1 year old grandchild and the property fit us perfectly. Plenty of room, each family had their own bedroom and bath (separate casita for daughter, husband and grandchild). Newly refurbished pool with connected hot tub and nicely landscaped grounds. The inside of the home was very spacious and enjoyed the stand alone bar area and refrigerated drawers for beverages....! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Better than a Resort
We normally stay at the Boulders but never again! Beautiful home in quiet community ( right next to The Boulders ) close to hiking trails, golf courses and horseback riding. The town of Cave Creek, with so many many restaurant and food options, is 10 minutes away. The home is state of the art and well appointed, perfect for us and our three kids. We especially loved the pool and watching the stars on the roof top patio. Our group consisted of two adults, and a12, 15 & 17 year old. The layout of the home allowed everyone their personal time with the kitchen and pool area bringing everyone together for family time. Very attentive owner and property manager, highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home perfectly located.
The only reason I didn’t give an overall 5 stars is because there are a few quirks that a house this price shouldn’t have. The whole house entertainment system has a short in it so the music breaks up if you try to listen through it. The shower backed up in a couple of the rooms, sinks backed up in the master... Small stuff that’s easily fixed but overall an amazing house yo stay in.
