Destination wedding
We spent a long weekend in Phoenix for a destination wedding. The house was suffient for our needs. The outdoor lounge chairs were showing much wear and tear and the Keuring did not work, however everything else was fine.

Great Stay in PHX Area
I had my team in to PHX on business and we stayed at this house. Location is perfect, very affordable, and perfect for what we needed. Pool was dirty and wasn't swimmable due to what seemed like a party from the folks before us. The sheets on one of the beds was clearly still dirty but there was another set there and we changed them out - not a big deal. Overall, would definitely come back! Just providing some honest feedback for the host!

Perfect Staycation
The house was perfect for a quick staycation. We have a teen son who brought a friend. The games and pool table was great. We enjoyed the pool and the location worked well. Close to Hurricane Harbor and grocery/restaurants. Plus Starbucks on the corner. The rooms were nice and cool, the living area could have had a fan or two to circulate as it is an older home BUT it was fine. Would recommend it and would stay again.
