This spacious home accommodating up to 8 people offering the perfect for resort style living with its 2 enclosed courtyards, fireplace, built in grill, lush landscape and much more. Enjoy the indoor/ outdoor ambiance this space had to offer with the folding door windows just off of the great room.
Fabulous resort style pool (can be heated for a fee) located in the back of home with access through the gated area just off of the courtyard.
The spa will accommodate uptown 8 + and is heated on demand (no extra charge)

A nice home away from home-
Lovely home with lots of amenities!! Local manager is available and a great help if you have questions. Close to many great restaurants, good shopping, and fitness facilities. Neighborhood is terrific and we felt very safe. We will be back!

Renter beware !!
Although the house is beautiful, the renter experience was TERRIBLE!! We were charged an extra person fee although we had less people than the listing advertised. Overall cost was more than double the advertised nightly rate with high unexplained host fees! Check-in was difficult - need a specific app and have to wait on a link sent to 1 phone to get access to front door dead bolt, and that phone was required to open the door each time, which is inconvenient for a group. Upon arrival the spa was freezing even though the listing said it was heated. Told we had to turn on the spa to get heat, so we were unable to use our first night. THEN, tried to charge us TWICE for pool heat - Upon arrival, told to Zelle payment for pool heat (at higher rate) even though we had paid for pool heat when booked. Very few instructions on using the house provided. Lots of cameras. We reported finding a loose piece at the large pool umbrella and owner was rude, accused us of having broken it even though we hadn’t used umbrellas or pool yet. Owner made a claim against insurance we purchased and got a lot of money even though it was broken upon our arrival. Also issues with clogged toilets and slow draining tubs. TO TOP IT ALL OFF, the listing checkout was 11am, but next renter showed up @ 10am, overlapping our reservation-which was UNPLEASANT experience-we quickly packed and left. Owner said he sent a checkin letter that said 10am checkout so we should have been out. AND IT HADN'T BEEN CLEANED.

Beyond exceptional
I don’t think I can adequately describe how incredible this house is, but I will try. The location is great - close to shopping, hiking, the airport, golf and super quiet. The ground are huge, immaculately taken care of and offers space and privacy. The outside isn’t the only beautiful area - the inside of the home is gorgeous. Very tastefully decorated, great layout offering multiple entries to the courtyard and extremely comfortable. We spent the Thanksgiving week there and it’s typically challenging to cook a full family holiday meal in a rental. Not here! I have never been in a vrbo that had a kitchen that was so well stocked. We had absolutely everything we could have needed, and more. If you are looking at this vrbo, stop your search and reserve this one. You’ll love it!

Awesome House and Host
We had a mini-reunion with 4 couples. The house was perfect and did not disappoint. Plenty of room for all of us inside and out. The host, Patrick, and the property manager, Molly, were great and quickly responded to any questions prior to and during our stay. We needed a house that was completely scent-free, due to allergies, and Patrick went above and beyond to make sure the house was scent-free. We will be back!!

I must say this home exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a truly memorable experience. This house, tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, proved to be a serene oasis that provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We were all immediately struck by stylish decor. The interior design showcased a Southwestern charm, creating an atmosphere that felt both inviting and luxurious. Every room was thoughtfully appointed, with comfortable furniture, high-quality linens, and an abundance of natural light that added a great touch. One of the highlights of this home was undoubtedly the outdoor space. The backyard was a true haven, featuring a sparkling pool surrounded by lush greenery and comfortable loungers. It provided the ideal spot for soaking up the Arizona sun or unwinding with a book. Additionally, the well-maintained garden boasted a variety of desert plants, creating a visually stunning backdrop for enjoying al fresco meals or gathering around the fire pit under the starlit sky. The amenities provided were exceptional and I cannot praise Patrick enough for his attentiveness and hospitality! We'll be back!

Perfect Girls Weekend

Awesome Villa
The villa was great. Beautiful, beautiful villa. The villa is 5 star. We loved the layout of the house with its high ceilings and large floor plan. Everyone had a room and a bath to themselves. The amenities of the villa were very warm and comfortable. The yard and hot tub-pool combo were the big hit for the family. Lots of fun in the sun. Loved the large kitchen and family room. Lots of room for everyone around the dinning table. Courtyard was the second location everyone hung out at playing games and enjoying the warm sunshine. Lots of outdoor places to sit in the courtyard. Great location on a very quiet street. Would definitely like to stay at this location again. It is a wonderful thing for Patrick and his family to open the house up to us for a week at Christmas. Thanks again.

Fantastic Property
We really enjoyed this very nice home for a few days over the Labor Day holiday weekend. The house surpassed all of our expectations and provided us with the ultimate comfort indoors and out, even in 108-degree AZ heat. Great Pool/Spa design and those misting fans in that beautiful courtyard were just awesome and offered much relief. Patrick (Owner/Host) actually met us at the property upon check-in and was very kind to show us around and how to take advantage of all of the great amenities. He and Bronson were extremely responsive to any question(s) we had about the property during our stay. I would definitely book again when back in Scottsdale! Thanks Patrick and Bronson!

This Home Is Amazing and Beautiful!
We fell in love with this house the second we walked it. It is beautiful and so unique! The architecture in the home was so pretty. I immediately wanted to build this exact house plan at home. I love that it is all one floor but every room is large and huge hallways. The courtyard was beautiful! Plenty of seating to entertain. Every door on the inside had a view of it which was nice to look out at. I could go on and on about this house… Every house we have ever rented has had very minimal supplies provided. The owner supplied plenty of toilet paper, (not just one roll owners usually supply), they even had toothbrush kits and shaving kits along with deodorant, shampoo and soap. That was much appreciated! We knew going it would be hot going in July, but the pool was super nice with two chairs to lay on and keep you in the water somewhat to stay cooler. Our only issues we had was the air conditioning keeping us cool enough. We are use to 67 at home. The owner was very helpful trying to get us comfortable. This is a huge house so we knew it was just hard for the unit to keep up with it being 110 degrees outside. It took us a couple nights to get it adjusted and shutting all the doors in the rooms helped a lot. When we arrived the pool was green, but they sent someone the next day and the device that put chlorine into the pool had stopped working so it was an easy fix. I HIGHLY recommend this house if you are visiting Scottsdale, you won’t be disappointed We would definitely stay here again!
