Enjoy our 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome located on ground level with a private back covered patio featuring outdoor seating and a BBQ grill for your outdoor dining needs plus a community pool (not heated). Feel at home in the living room where you can curl up on the sectional sleeper sofa (for additional sleeping) and read a book or catch up on your favorite TV show on the 50” flat screen TV w/ cable. The kitchen has all you need to prepare your meals during your stay; kitchen utensils, cookware, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, traditional coffee maker, and refrigerator. The dining area is just off the kitchen and seats 6 plus there are barstools at the kitchen counter. The half bathroom is located just off the living room and features a single sink. Located upstairs are all three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a King size bed, dresser, closet, 40" flat screen smart TV and has a private bathroom with walk in shower and single sink. The first guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser, closet and a 32" Smart TV and the second guest bedroom has 2 Twin size beds, dresser, closet and a 32" Smart TV. The upstairs guest bathroom is in the hall and has a single sink and tub/shower combo. No need to go home with dirty laundry when you have a full size washer and dryer in the unit. We know you will enjoy your stay and come back year after year!

Scottsdale has some of the most renowned courses all year long so don’t leave your golf clubs at home. The Phoenix Open is in February and there are several other local events such as Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction, The Fiesta Bowl, Arizona Diamondback, Arizona Cardinals, Arizona Coyotes and Phoenix Suns and Arabian Horse Shows.

Great Place!
Spent 5 days at this property for a wedding. Perfect for our family of 4 adults plus a guest. So nice to be close to old town Scottsdale, so many choices of restaurants! Also, very conveniently located near the airport for us to shuttle the kids back and forth as we all had different schedules. Recommend!

Very nice property. Good convenient location. Rugs were a little dated and stained, most likely from pet stains as there was a mild "animal" smell. All was in good working order.

Nice three bedroom condo, walking distance to downtown. Great morning walk and very active area with car shows, farmers markets, great restaurants and entertainment. Condo clean and comfortable with nice patio for relaxing outdoors.

The townhouse was clean and nicely stocked. However, we found that the legs of one of the twin beds upstairs had been completely broken off. Someone knew it was broken because the leg of the bed was found downstairs in the kitchen pantry. Should have been repaired as it affects where people have to sleep. It was disappointing to find it as we were getting ready for bed. Good space for 6 people.

This property was great for a relaxing long weekend for Mother's Day. It was clean, private, and close to activities in and around Old Town Scottsdale. Most important for us was that it is a short walk to the pool within the complex, which we mostly had to ourselves.

Very nice condo
We had a very nice stay at Casa Granada Townhouse. It was an easy checkin/out process. The distance to Old Town Scottsdale was wonderful. We had 3 adults and 2 teenagers so the 3 bedrooms were great space. The condo itself was clean! Loved the area, would definitely visit again.

It was a good place to stay with my parents and husband and our teenage son. We had everything we needed and were close to many food options. The place was a tad warm on a hot Phoenix week…we managed with the ceiling fans, but as the temps get hotter over the summer you may need to bring your own fan if the heat gets to you.

Relaxation and Fun
Excellent condo located walking distance from downtown Scottsdale. Clean condo with updated appliances. Convenient and relaxing. Nice to sit out in patio area having coffee and socializing. Check out time at 10 am is a little early, but overall a great place for family or group of friends to enjoy Scottsdale.

Just enough!
The location was great for walking to downtown Scottsdale, but we were here the hottest week of the year, so that walk isn’t for everyone! The townhouse is comfortably appointed and had the perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. We used the pool and enjoyed it very much. We appreciated the covered parking as well. The patio is not exactly as pictures and bathrooms were rather small. The price was right for what we needed the space for but all of the added fees made it rather expensive for what we got. I would likely look for a better deal next time.

Scottsdale stay
Overall the condo we rented was nice and very clean. We had a couple issues in the beginning that got us off to a bumpy start. Upon our arrival at the condo we did not need to utilize the door code we were given to enter the condo because the front door was left wide open. Before my family entered the unit I had to clear each and every room and space where a person could hide to make sure nobody was waiting for us in the condo. Immediately after we also noticed that the rear gate was not working and was not able to stay closed or locked due to improper maintenance issues. We called the property manager about both issues and said the front must have been left open by the cleaning crew and that they would send out a maintenance person in the a.m. to fix the gate that would not close. Well about one hour later my wife was yelling at me to answer the back door because there was a man standing outside the rear French door entry trying to get her to open the door. It was the maintenance man. Not cool. They should have called us to let us know the maintenance guy would be coming by. We weee told he would be coming by in the morning. He said he needed my help in lifting the gate door off the hinges. I helped him and he was able to fix the gate. The next day my son said that the toilet didn’t work and my wife said there was no water in the shower or faucets. I called the property manager again and she was unaware of any problems. She called the HOA and they said that the water was turned off because a water main was being repaired. Later that day the water was turned on. Problem solved. At this point Itrip offered to treat my family to 3 free tickets to Medieval Times in Scottsdale AZ and we accepted. We had a great time. They made it right and I was cool with that. No other issues were encountered until after we checked out and wax at the airport waiting for my flight. I received a text message from the property manager saying I needed ti return the swimming pool key to them as they had new guests checking into the unit we had just left. I never saw a key but I did see a fob for the pool. Lucky for me I always shoot a video at the end of every rental we check out of and my video happened to show the swimming pool fob on top of the kitchen counter where I left it. I took screenshot of the portion of the video that showed the fob on the counter and sent it them along with the time stamp. Itrip claimed they would not have charged me for the lost fob, but I am not sure what would have happened if I did not have video proof of where I left the fob. I would have left a 4.5 star review because they did make our bumpy experiences right with the immediate repair and free tickets to Medieval times, but being accused of taking the pool fob was extremely annoying…especially because we never even used the pool. We did not like the rear entry issue of this particular unit with the only thing between us and having a home invasion was a flimsy and short gate which could easily be jumped over and a glass French door in the rear. I must admit that the neighborhood seemed safe, but there was not much to prevent anybody from breaking into our condominium if they really wanted to. I would not stay at this condo again, but I would rent another unit managed by Itrip because they were very responsive and did correct all of the issues we had with the doors. Could’ve Ben better but could’ve been worse……

Scottsdale stay
We are staying at the Casa Grenada townhomes in Scottsdale. In general, the accommodations are nice, clean, and have the space and amenities needed for four teenagers! The only issue is that the internet is down, but this is throughout the area and not the fault of the townhome complex. Itrip was called and promptly answered my phone number. The location is convenient, and with two days left, I am happy with the place.
