Living room with a new large streaming TV, leather sofa and 2 recliners is open to the dining room that seats 6-10 (table expansions in walk in closet).
Fully remodeled kitchen with new fridge, dishwasher and wine cooler. All new small appliances, dishes, bedding, linens, etc
The kitchen is open to the family room with a large (streaming) TV, working kiva fireplace (wood provided), large comfy sectional and small desk with awesome views on the mountain. Excellent, free Wi-fi .
Sliding doors from the Principal room and the living room open up to the covered patio area with beautiful mountain views while you watch golfers sink their putts. Outdoor dining table and propane BBQ grill is a serene place to settle with a coffee in the morning and shaded in the afternoon.

Due to the remodel and brand new floors, this house does not accept pets.
