Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

What a way to end our Summer
Can not say enough good things about this property. I really enjoyed that they had kid friendly toys and books and games for my little one. It was also a plus that they had kid utensils and bowls. The pool was amazing. My son really liked night swimming. So much space and places to unwind and relax. It was really nice that they had supplies for us to do a load of laundry so nice to pack all clean clothes. I will be booking again next time I am in town to visit family.

This home worked perfectly for the four kids and four adults in our group. The beds were very comfortable, the house was spotless (and cute!) and Anisha was an excellent host/communicator! Wonderful House! A Must Stay!
The house was great! Very clean, very spacious and great attention to detail. The beds were very comfortable and the backyard was beautiful. Our kids had a blast in the playhouse and the pool and the arcade game in the living room was a bonus! Location was great too; close to the airport and lots of great restaurants and shopping.

Anisha and Ryan are excellent hosts. The property is as advertised online and they have truly made it a great family get away destination. During our month long stay they checked in often to make sure things were going well. There was one weekend incident with an adjoining rental property. When alerted to the problem, Anisha was quick to respond to the situation with that property owner and manager. Overall, my wife and I, along with our family and friends visitors, all enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful house with amazing backyard
We enjoyed a 4 night stay at the property, and wished we could have stayed longer. The house is beautiful, with so many amenities that other VRBO's would never think of. (Ice Maker, Juicer to juice fruit growing in the back yard, abundant pool towels and pool towels and toys just to name a few). Everything was well labelled so we did not have to search cabinets and drawers, and labelling extended to operation of various features (such as the fireplace). We found it to be a quiet neighborhood, the kids enjoyed the heated pool and the backyard playhouse. Adults enjoyed the multiple TV's and seating areas. Beds were comfy too! We will definitely stay here again given the chance.

We had an excellent time at our stay at Turquoise Palms! The house was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to have a relaxing vacation. We spent the majority of time at the house swimming and enjoying each otherā€™s company. The house is very spacious and modern. The decor was bright and inviting. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed which was great because we spent so much time at the house. We had two young children and a baby with us. There were bunk beds, a play house, and swim toys which were great for the kids. Keeping the house at a cool temperature was very easy to manage. Having a washer and dryer was great with having kids and also nice to use before we left so we could get home with clean clothes. The pool and outdoor space was the best part about staying at this house! Not being from Arizona we didnā€™t think we needed a heated pool but having it heated made the pool the perfect temperature at all times. The neighborhood is quiet making our time outside very chill and relaxing. There are several stairs leading into one side of the pool as well as a little area to have some chairs in the water to lay out. We really liked both features. At night the pool lit up with interchanging colors and lights went on overhead. Thereā€™s a table with ample lighting and ceiling fan overhead. We had most meals out there. Such a great place to spend time at all hours of the day. The owners were very communicative. We reached out few times and they responded very quickly. They got us a gift card at Press Coffee for $15 which was incredibly nice. There was a nice welcome package left for us on the table when we walked in that included snacks, water and some information about places to go in Arizona. They were very welcoming and very nice. I highly recommend for anyone to stay at Turquoise Palms. We all really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay there again in the future!

Perfect!
This was perfect for our family vacation with adult kids and 2 small grandchildren. The house is clean with plenty of room to spread out. The backyard pool and play area was the best for just hanging out and relaxing! Central location in Scottsdale close to groceries and activities. Great communication from the owner. Would definitely recommend and we would book again when staying in the area!

Amazing property!
We had an amazing experience from start to finish. The owners are communicative and so great to deal with and the property is everything we could have hoped for in a vacation. We went for my son's grad and the five of us stayed at Turquoise Palms. It was clean, well organized, a beautiful home with a great back yard. We would definitely book again. Horrible experience- Do Not Rent
The house itself was comfortable and cozy. Truly everything you need. The pool area was well maintained and clean. Our family had a horrendous experience with the owners. They controlled the air conditioning system from an app on their phone and we were told the temperature can't go lower than 70. Arizona heat can go upwards of 100 degrees. Although a temperature of 70 might sound normal we woke up in a pool of sweat every night. She would increase the temperature to 72 degrees as you slept. Awful During the day there was a Bachelorette party next door with a couple of other houses enjoying the labor day weekend. Music was pretty high but I'm not one to complain of such things. I understand people like to enjoy themselves and let loose a bit and music never bothers me. Around 9pm my family and I went to dinner and I receive an awful message from the owner accusing me to quiet down and if I didn't abide by her rules I would have to pay a citation, she would call the cops and have me removed. Consider the fact that I wasn't even home at this time. Unbelievable!!! Honestly I would never ever stay in this home again. She should be banned from renting her home if she is going to micromanage your air, voice and threaten you with not a drop or ounce of proof. If you want your every move to be monitored then this is the house for you.

Our group of 7 (5 adults, 2 kids) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Turquoise Palms. The pool was a family favorite, but there were so many thoughtful touches throughout (arcade, basket of snacks at the entrance, a bedroom that is furnished and decorated with kids in mind). Beautiful home and exactly as described/pictured. Had a slight issue on the very first day with the fridge and the owners got back to us right away to fix the problem- they were extremely helpful. We had a lot of fun and it was the perfect house for our little weekend getaway.

We had such a wonderful and relaxing time! The chairs that sit in the pool were my absolute favorite! They had everything my kiddos needed and more to enjoy the house/pool. We will most definitely be back sooner than later! Thank you!!
