7. The home is sprayed monthly for pests. Unfortunately due to climate and mother nature, some pests can still make their way through. To keep out bugs, remember to close the doors right after entering. Don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables and avoid eating on the bed because ants are smart and fast.

NFL getaway weekend
My wife and I had a marvelous 2 day stay here while visiting the greater Phoenix area from Tucson. We came up before the day of the game to see our beloved Patriots play the Cards. The site was wonderful and the neighbors were fantastic! we came late Saturday after dark, and a neighbor led us to the location. We were elated with the amenities as it has so much more than a regular hotel room. We were able to cook our meals and relax to a movie each night. Only one issue: was the hot water knob in the shower. It was hard to turn off so water would not run. Other than that! A wonderful stay!

Basic, but comfortable condo.
This budget condo had everything a couple would need and was adequate for our 2 week stay. Many stores and restaurants were within a mile and we felt safe and secure there. Improvements that would be appreciated in the future would be to repair/remodel the bathroom and place adequately sized covers on the bed. We really liked the nicely stocked kitchen so we could cook many of our meals there and the neighbors we met were friendly.

Went to Mesa for Mother’s 80th birthday party. This Vrbo was great! It was clean and quiet! It was next to a golf course with a path which was handy and enjoyable. We had a great time!

Great location with shopping and restaurants close. Two issues though. The parking carport is a long walk from the front door. That's not an issue unless it's raining or you're carrying a lot of things in for a long stay. The other issue was the bed was extremely hard. Just our personal opinion though. Otherwise, comfortable for ours stay.

some real issues here
We have stayed her previously, but this recent stay will be our last. A/C was not turned on (110 outside) and the unit was 94 when we arrived. It was 84 degrees inside 3 hours later and we continued to text the Rental Advisor representative for help. It did cool down by bedtime. The refridgerator was not working - ice was water and freezer was room temperature. We had to throw away food. I texted the representative on all of this with no help or response.

Fantastic get away
Spent 5 days here, and we had a great time. The condo was well equipped, and within 30 minutes of every attraction we visited, which were planned before we knew where we were staying. Neighbors were very friendly and we enjoyed meeting them. Overall a great experience and would definitely go back if we're in the area again!

The property and location were great. The place could have been cleaner, and when we got there, there was a broken lightbulb in one of the desklamps in the bedroom. The broken glass from the lightbulb was on the table and the base of the bulb was still screwed into the lamp. I unplugged it and got the base out and replaced the bulb. There also was a large dead bug in one of the cupboards. The inside of some of the drawers were dirty, and should have been cleaned out. Other than that, we enjoyed the property and its ammenities.

The booking process was very accommodating to my date changes, great communication for checkin, so easy to find. This unit is part of an old golf club that needs a serious clean up, but the courtyard this unit sits in is very well kept. The unit was very well stocked and comfortable for my week long stay!

In fairness, there were a lot of great things about this place. It was very cute, clean and a good location, however, we personally didn't have the best experience. After checking in at 10pm we woke up the next morning and the small bit of toilet paper initially provided was out after only a couple of uses. I messaged the caretaker where I could find more in the condo, and was unapologetically told that the property owner was no longer supplying toilet paper for the entire stay due to costco one pack per visit policy. I feel like this is a necessary amenity that should be provided for anyone staying away from home, and is currently not that difficult to find since it is sold at more places than just costco. At the very least we should have been informed of this new policy so we could have bought some when we stopped at the store the first time. Instead, we were left with nothing that morning and had to make an extra trip just for the basic essentials. It left a bad taste in my mouth so we personally will not be staying here again.
