We recently stayed at a high-rise apartment with breathtaking views that made every moment feel special. The apartment itself was absolutely spectacular—modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The building's security team was friendly and professional, which added to the overall sense of comfort and safety. The only downside was that some of the towels had hair on them, which was a bit off-putting. Aside from that, everything else exceeded our expectations. With just a little more attention to detail, this would be a perfect stay.

The rental company and the facility do not communicate at all and my car was locked inside the garage, I got locked in the stairwell due to absent signage, I had to send multiple videos showing significant damage to the rental that was present on arrival, and while the company offered to reimburse my uber rides when the garage was locked, I had to contact them and ask for it after they ignored me sending my receipts and they refused to offer a discount or any olive branch for the massive inconvenience of not having my car when I specially chose this rental for having a garage and dedicated parking space. The security guard who is unaffiliated with this rental agency and works for the building was fabulous and kind. Can’t say the same for the rental agency corporation that owns this rental. I’d avoid them.

Very nice location and the apartment was also very nice. My problem with this rental is that its not a hotel and its being rented through hotels.com and they dont explain that at booking. I arrived with no idea of how to get in. They send you into an alley to get the key which isnt ideal at night in an area you dont know. Cold shower everyday except last when I let it run for 45 minutes before it got warm. I cant imagine the wasted water in this building. Floor was sticky in front of patio door with footprints in it so the floor really didnt seem clean anywhere. All that said i would stay there again if those minor things were addressed. Great location, and the apartment is nice.

Fell short of expectations
Could’ve been great, but fell short. Main issue was stove was broken. I was there 4 days and they neglected to fix. I had to throw food out since I couldn’t cook on stove. The lack of communication on this was off-putting. There was a few minor cleanliness issues but they sent cleaners in to address. In the family room area, there was NO lighting. They have a fooseball table and a basketball game that once the sun goes down, you can’t see. Additionally, sitting on couch chatting, you’re in the dark. 2nd bedroom also had no lighting. It was odd.
