The property was easy to get to, clean and welcoming. The layout of the condo is perfect for two couples! The host was very clear with everything we needed to know well in advance, very organized. Pool was wonderful, resort like. We would recommend this property to anyone.

Fantastic Stay
Enjoyed the clean, fully equipped, quiet condo. Spent time on the patio with its lovely view. Beds were extremely comfortable. Communication with Angie was easy. Would stay here again. This location is close to many amenities and restaurants.

Great view, up to date accomodations and friendly manager. It is a great location just off Shea near Tatum, so close to almost everything. We will definitely stay there again!

Perfect Vacation Spot
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Angie's place. She was excellent with her instructions and very quick in communicating with us while we were there. The location was fantastic and the complex is quiet and very clean. We would definitely chose to stay again!

The location was convenient to a lot of things. Parking was easy and close to the unit. The condo is lovely and very comfortable. We loved the pool and hot tub area. It is a fantastic place to stay. The manager is very responsive. We would definitely stay there again the next time we are in town.

This condo was wonderful! Very clean, spacious, and a great set up. The pool was really nice, large, and never busy. Location was close to great restaurants, hiking, and golf. Only about 20 mins from the airport, very easy drive. The owner was extremely responsive and easy to work with. We will absolutely stay here again!

Perfect place for our trip
Great location for our spring trip to AZ to enjoy baseball and hiking. Very quiet building, nice pool, beautiful view of the mountains from the patio. Condo was clean & comfortable. Only watch out/disappointment is be prepared to buy or bring your own toilet paper, Kleenex, and soap. Very little provided.

Overall very nice
We enjoyed the condo and the development. Quiet, good location, just as described. Good communication with owner to quickly fix a problem with the heat (service man permanently fixed the problem). Highly recommend.

Nice property, very clean. Owner was quick to respond to our only request. Occasional issue with main TV. Used our own firestick as prior guest suggested and worked better then.

The condo was exactly as pictured in the photos. It was very clean and fully equipped with everything anyone would need for a stay. The MB king bed was very comfortable. The mountain view off the patio was awesome, the condo was only steps away from walking trails, and the pool area was lovely. Finally, how wonderful to have such accommodating and cheerful owners! Angie was wonderful to work with!

Quiet and Relaxing
I needed a place to get away that was quiet and relaxing and this was the place! The condo was spotless and the location at the back of the complex provided me with a beautiful view from the patio. We swam every day in the pool, which was beautifully landscaped, clean, and well-kept. Shopping and good food was close by and the neighborhoods surrounding us were very nice and safe. I was able to truly unwind.

Bella Terra
Bella Terra is a large residential development consisting mostly of owners but everyone we met was friendly and accepting of short term renters. The unit was located in a prime area near the back with only pedestrian traffic behind the patio. Interior was a little cozy but well equipped and as pictured. As with two story units, you have to accept some noise from the upper condo and in our case a barking dog next door but it didn't take away from the enjoyment of our stay. Overall I'd consider this rental best for a couple or small family.
