The space
Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private three bedroom home features an open floor plan with modern kitchen, counter-height seating, breakfast nook, dining area, dedicated work space, and living room with 75” Smart TV.

Fully appointed modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, garden tub, gorgeous views of water, walk-in closet, and 50” Smart Roku TV.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sleeper sofa, 75” Smart TV, private patio with lounge furniture, lake views, laundry area, high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.

We enjoyed our stay in Chandler. The house was very nice, had all the amenities we needed, and a nice neighborhood. We haven’t stayed in Chandler before and it has a lot to offer. I would recommend this house in Chandler.

Nice place with a great view

This was a nice place to stay and we enjoyed the small lake outside the back. We had a small issue with the coffee maker breaking and they replaced it within hours. This was much appreciated. The only issue we had was the cancellation date was one month before we booked our stay - we booked 30 days before the stay and their policy was no refunds 60 days before the stay so we couldn't get a full refund unless someone else booked the exact same dates. I should have read their policies more carefully before booking as they would not let us cancel or change even 20 mins after booking. Be aware of their policy before booking!

LIL' LAKE PARADISE IN CHANDLER

Well-maintained VRBO with easy access to Chandler and surrounding areas. Furnishing were comfortable and satisfied all of my needs for the entire week stay. Peaceful setting overlooking the community lake with active wildlife (well "city" ducks and a crane but wildlife nonetheless). Very responsive (and professional) when contacted for any questions/concerns. Enjoyed our stay and will certainly look for open availability of this specific property on my next trip to Chandler.
