You'll love the tasteful furniture from Restoration Hardware, Crate & Barrel, Horchow & Pottery Barn! Hosted by a former techy = blazing Wifi, plenty of USB plugs, printer, and monitor for work or play. 3 big screen TVs w/access through Amazon Prime and all your favorite apps! Property also boasts a carefully curated collection of books, and lots of fun board games!

Updated, gourmet kitchen with everything you need from coffee/ice/filtered water, to kitchen gadgets, cocktail/wine tools, and even a Kitchen Aid Mixer! Marble countertops enhance your experience at the countertop height bar for casual dining. Enjoy takeout or a homecooked meal in the dining room with seating for 8. Gorgeous outdoor terrace with seating for four. 2nd floor balcony features seating overlooking a neighborhood lake with fountain. Upon arrival you'll find a stocked coffee bar with Starbucks and all of the fixings to get you started!

You'll be delighted with the spacious living area with two full size couches. There's ample seating for relaxing or watching TV. See pics for a mini home gym w/hand weights, pilates bands, kettle ball and yoga mat or use the large common gym in the association. There's also the extra possibility to have an extra guest sleep on the couches if you wish.

Sleep like a baby in your choice of two master suites with top-of-the line pillow top mattresses, luxury linens, full ensuite bathrooms, endless supply of hotel quality bath towels, complimentary toiletries and new hairdryers. (King bed in 2nd bedroom can be made into two twins upon request.) Fully stocked laundry room w/washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Both bedrooms have big screen TVs.

If there's anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable, just let us know! P.S. This is a full-service property -- no need to pull the sheets, throw wash in, or wash dishes etc. We take care of it and it's our pleasure to do so.

A must book - A home away from home
Dean's home had everything from kitchenware, washer & dryer, lots of towels, comfortable beds! It's very nicely decorated. We were able to enjoy the sound of the waterfall. The gym is a good size. So many stores, grocery store and places to ear are close by. We were five minutes from our daughter so it was nice for her and her husband to come by to visit. If you are looking for a nice great away to Chandler then Dean's place is your spot. He is quick to respond to inquires and question :). Thank you, Dean for opening your beautiful home to my husband and myself.

Wonderful Home Away From Home
Beautifully appointed home with all the basics and then some included. We truly felt at home in this 2 story, nicely furnished condo. We stayed for a month and never heard a noise from neighbors who shared walls on either side of us. Dean, the concierge, responded immediately to any questions we had, and was polite, friendly and helpful. The only downside was people bringing their dogs right up to the patio to do their business. Everyone cleaned up, but many didn’t seem to be aware of personal boundaries. The property still gets 5 stars from us because we loved the condo itself.

Our host Dean was very helpful with directions, property access and city tips. Chandler area has great weather, is easily accessible to all that is greater Phoenix and the surrounding mountains. The neighborhood is quiet making for great exploring on foot. The accommodations we just as advertised and pictured. Neighbors we friendly and welcoming. The condo came with everything you need, including the coffee and was was very well maintained / spotless

We stayed for a couple of weeks in October as we were house hunting in the Phoenix area and visiting with friends. Dean was a great host, and the condo was very well appointed with everything we needed. The condo was very clean inside and out, and in a nice quiet location of Chandler as well. We will definitely use this one again!

We enjoyed our stay. Felt safe in the area. Having 2 master suites was wonderful. The only thing we missed was a BBQ on the deck. There were charcoal BBQ’s at the pool but were not convenient. We needed to purchase a small grill as we BBQ almost every dinner. Dean was a great host and responded quickly to any questions or concerns

Lovely Condo
This is a newly renovated condo that is tastefully decorated, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you may need for cooking meals. It was also nice to have a few spices available. We love the location that is within walking distance to grocery stores and some nice restaurants. Dean responded quickly to messages and was very helpful. We have stayed at a number of properties in the Chandler area over the years and we would highly recommend this condo for an enjoyable stay.

I travel for work a lot and I stay in a lot of Vrbo's. This by far is one of the best stocked homes I have ever seen. This home is also very well taken care of. Close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, it was in a great location and community. Dean is a very responsive host and made the check-in process/questions very seamless. The community pool is walkable and nice. The kitchen was fairly basic and the utensils/pans were not the greatest; I’m not sure id say luxury. Overall a good stay.

Fantastic spot!
This was our first time staying in Chandler and it was so convenient.. lots to do for the kids and easy drive to freeways. The place itself was more than impressive! It has been newly renovated and nicely decorated. Lots of extras, including kitchen supplies, coffe, laundry detergent and treats left for the kids. The host was great and easy to get ahold of if needed. Would definitely stay again.
