Listing was inaccurate
This is a house with 5 or 6 bedrooms that are individually rented out. Bathroom facilities are shared. All in all, I would say that this space reminds me of what a fraternity house must look like as you near the end of a school year. Kudos to VRBO and the property manager for allowing me to cancel my stay after I arrived and saw what I was facing for a two-week stay.
