I think they should do a full breakfast instead of just a Continental. They have a very large kitchen/seating area which could easily accommodate it. I guarantee families would appreciate having that option since fast food/restaurants are becoming so expensive these dates. Other than that, it was a pleasant night. And quiet too.

No access to pool/hot tub. There was discarded chewing tobacco on the toilet and pubic hair on the rim. Obviously not sanitary. I asked for monetary consideration for the advertised amenities not being available and was denied.

The bathroom in my room had pee on the toilet seat. The bathroom, as a whole, wasn’t even close to being clean.

Check-in experience was flat. Personnel used least amount of words possible. Room decor is tired but mostly clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Quiet, as there are very few rooms occupied.

Overall, there was no issue with the stay; it’s just that for the amenities that are inaccessible due to construction and the areas that they’re working on are cluttered, the rate was way too much. It’s a basic hotel with basic necessities. Nothing elegant or extravagant enough to charge what they do. Stay somewhere nicer for the same amount while they get construction done.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years when I travel to Yuma. This time the hotel was so filthy it was terrible. The carpets were the dirtiest carpets I have ever seen in a hotel. I asked for about a dozen towels to lay over the floors just to be able to walk. Don’t stay here if you’re looking for something clean. Front desk guy was wonderful though.

It looks like they are in the process of maybe fixing it up but it looks like it should have been done a long time ago. The carpet is the most disgusting I have ever seen. It looked like there may have been rooms on the upper floors that were renovated but they put us on the ground floor when we only saw one other guest there while we were there.

I feel like this place is not ready for business just yet. Seems like it may be great in 6 months or so. Major construction going on all over. I can deal with that...but how do you rent rooms without hot water? Two mornings in a row without hot water...we bounced.
