Lakewood Oasis

Lakewood Oasis offers more than just a place to stay. Enjoy nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment options, and take a stroll through this friendly neighborhood. Lakewood Oasis is a three-bedroom, two and half-bath, two-level home with a private heated pool and spa. After a day of exploring nearby hiking trails or golf courses, the cozy family room is the perfect place to relax. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals...or to bake a frozen pizza! Upstairs the primary bedroom offers a king bed with a walk in closet and ensuite. The other two bedrooms offer a queen bed and a bunk bed (twin over full) respectively. Whether travelling with friends or as a family, we have room for everyone!

The backyard offers a glistening pool that invites you to take a dip and the hot tub stands ready for relaxation. The lounge chairs and sitting area make this the perfect space to enjoy a sunny day in the desert!

Please note: The pool is heated and no additional cost. The hot tub can be heated up to 3 hours per day. For additional use of the hot tub there will be a charge of $25/hour.

Located near restaurants and shopping, golf and hiking, you will find plenty to do. Looking to explore beyond Ahwatukee? Just hop on the 202 or Hwy 10 and you can be anywhere in minutes!

Outstanding!
This home is thoughtfully cared for with amenities that made our stay especially enjoyable. The backyard is a beautiful oasis. The pool and hot tub are clean and bright and the the space feels very private. Sara is a very gracious and thoughtful host and she tended to every need - even turning the hot tub on and off with just a moment’s notice. The location is near all major arteries and the nearby ponds provide a beautiful area for daily walks. Grocery stores are within walking distance. Hiking trails are located within short drives and there are lots of great restaurants to choose from. We will look forward to our next stay with Sara!

Not as advertised
I will precede my review by stating that the management team were both very nice and very pleasant and very easy to talk to. However, our experience was not what we expected. The amount of dirt on the windows, sills, between the sofa cushions, under the bed and sofas, bugs in the kitchen and cobwebs on chandeliers made it seem like no one set foot in this house for three months. There were cobwebs and spiders all over the patio furniture and in the garage. Even though I cleaned the patio furniture myself, we were not comfortable enough to sit outside. Since no one came to clean the pool and remove all the leaves accumulating in the bottom of the pool, we were not comfortable using it. No one came to spray the home either. We did not mind cleaning the general areas after we bought cleaning supplies. The most distressing part of our stay was what happened to our pet. He had just gotten his full physical, blood test, vaccinations, etc. - all clear. He felt like he was slowing down on the second day after we got to this property until we finally took him to the emergency on the third day. The vet said he was “possibly exposed to venom.” Our pet had no bruising, clear x rays, and complete check up. Except for his blood. He turned anaemic and his life was in danger. His blood sample was clear before arriving at this property, and now he has an inflamed tricep and poison in him. I’m not going to elaborate more on our subsequent trips to the ER, and unspeakable distress. We left.
