This stylish four bedroom, two bath home comfortably accommodates 8 and is designed to be your home away from home with all the conveniences you could need. The property is fully gated providing absolute seclusion on this expansive 12,000 sq ft compound that is ideal for total relaxation in a quiet neighborhood but close to all amenities like Scottsdale Quarter and events like Barrett Jackson and Waste Mgmt Open etc The space INDOOR SPACE: The large open living area has a well designed and fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, bar fridge and is stocked with all the kitchen necessities you may need to entertain your family and friends, but is also perfect for a cozy night in. The great room with its soaring 12 foot ceilings and french doors overlooks the pool, has a bright and airy feeling. The living room has a large down filled sofa, 65" Smart television and full cable. ⦁ The large Master Bedroom has a pillow top king size bed and features private full bath with a large walk in shower with rain dome, walk in closet smart tv with full cable and private entrance to pool patio ⦁ 2nd Master Bedroom with a king size bed, smart tv, and full cable, plenty of closet space and french doors to outdoor patio ⦁ 3rd Bedroom with 1 queen bed ⦁ 4th Bedroom with 1 queen bed OUTDOOR SPACE: The back yard is paradise, offering you your own private resort! It has a variety of spaces, from the sun drenched lounge chairs to the shaded outdoor living room with sofas, fireplace, gas fire pit, and ambient lighting, all surrounded by beautiful citrus trees. If cooking is your passion, work your magic under the pergola where you will find a wood fired pizza oven and built-in gas barbecue. Enjoy meals from the shaded, large rustic dining table overlooking the sparkling pool. The large pool with tanning shelf and spa feature plenty of relaxing and lounging space for you to enjoy. Please note that children must be supervised at all times since the pool has no fence. Other things to note RULES ⦁ Strict NO PETS policy ⦁ Please treat and respect this home as your own. If anything gets damaged or broken please replace it or advise us ⦁ You are responsible for cleaning barbeque or a $30 cleaning fee will be added ⦁ Community Noise Ordinance Rules: Activities outside must be quiet after 10 pm. We do not expect guests to stop enjoying the pool or backyard spaces, but we absolutely insist that your volume is down and not travelling over property lines after 10pm to respect our neighbors. **If the police are called to the house because of unruly noise or partying, guests are subject to immediately being removed from the property without any refund of reservation paid, regardless of how many remaining days are left on booking.

Girls Trip #3
This is our 3rd annual visit to this property. Walt is a wonderful host and this property never disappoints. We love coming here. The house is immaculate, the backyard is a wonderful private oasis, and the house is stocked with everything you could need. The only recommendation I would make is to add an outdoor refrigerator. It would be nice to not have to go inside every time you need to refill your cocktail. :)

Exceptional home
Our family of 8 adults thoroughly enjoyed spending time in this beautiful home. It was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Walter is an exceptional host. He is always available and makes sure that your stay is memorable. The location is great, close to groceries, shopping and hiking. The backyard is a beautiful oasis! The pool, hot tub and different lounging areas were well utilized and a highlight for all of us. We definitely plan on returning! Thank you for allowing us into your home.

Our host from the get go was so responsive and accommodating, he offered suggestions and checker to see who was staying at the home so that it was best set up. We loved the pizza oven, location and spaciousness of the home. We will be back.

2nd Year Here!
Just wrapped up another week at this beautiful property. We stayed here last year and decided to come back this year. This is the first time I have ever rented a property twice. Walt is a wonderful host and this property is absolutely perfect and stunning in every way. There were 5 of us who stayed here for our annual girl's trip. The backyard is more like an Italian or French resort and you never want to leave. Walt goes above and beyond to ensure you will have a wonderful stay. This will be our go-to property for our future trips.

Absolutely beautiful home with stunning pool area! This home has all the amenities plus tons of extra touches . Very private backyard, quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to Kierland shops and restaurants. Host definitely went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! It was too hot to use the hot tub or pizza oven when we were there, maybe next time!

Perfect place for our girls trip!
Things could not have been better from start to finish! Walter was extremely quick to reply to all of my questions. He was so accommodating and wanted everything to be perfect for us. The house is amazing. There was more than enough space for our group of 6. The decor was very stylish and there were so many little extra touches. Nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty of close places for grocery delivery. The outdoor space was fantastic. Lots of seating options and several activities are available. We spent hours in the pool. A wonderful stay in Scottsdale
We loved our stay at this house. Walter was very pleasant to deal with. We appreciated the interior and exterior decoration, the amenities, the size of the house, and exterior seating areas. We wish that there was one more bathroom, but the master bathroom is giant. We would definitely return.

We stayed at this home in March for a trip with kids to watch Spring Training baseball games in Scottsdale. Wonderful home with lots of space. Great swimming pool, hot tub, and outdoor living space. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome experience!
We really enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale!! We loved everything about Walter’s home and had a wonderful girls weekend away. The property is wonderful, spacious and easily fit eight adults. This rental is ideal for entertaining; between the pool, hot tub, lounge areas/seating, and outdoor kitchen, you will never leave the backyard. Walter was incredible and very accommodating during the process. We had a blast and would not hesitate to stay again.

Relaxing Oasis
The house was nice but the back yard truly made the property wonderful! The pool, hot tub and numerous outdoor seating areas were both fun and relaxing. Great house for our Thanksgiving get-together. Communication with the host was easy and they were always quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be looking into this place again for future stays.

6 gals from high school-celebrating turning 50. From all around the country. Perfect property! Absolutely beautiful back yard!! Kitchen and baths were so well stocked with all the essentials. Wonderful Girls Trip
We just returned from a 6 day stay at this property. There were 5 of us who get together once a year for a girls trip. Other than our day trip to Sedona, we never left the house. It was perfect! The layout of the house, the bedrooms, the living room, etc. was the perfect set up for our vacation. Walter was a wonderful host. He was very accommodating, communication was perfect and every detail was very thoughtful. The house is well-stocked with everything you would want and need. We plan to return next year! My only recommendation would be to add an outside refrigerator by the pool area. It would be nice to not have to get out of the water and go inside the house every time you want to refresh your cocktail. Thank you for a great vacation!

We had an excellent relaxing stay here everything was great. As everyone before us has commented Walter was excellent, a real gentleman. With any communication he was helpful, kind, and accommodating, his replies to all questions were unbelievably quick. Extras like coffee, snack's, water and drinks all included. From the UK we have stayed in various places in the USA and this was far and above way way better than all the rest we have stayed in. Clean comfortable, a home from home. This property was one of the best vacation homes we have ever stayed in. My wife and I, and our friends, travel all over world and have rented countless properties. This was one of the best we have ever experienced! Everything was so thoughtfully laid out and communication with the owner was fabulous. The house and outdoor space were a dream. We were 6 adults celebrating a family retirement and every part of our experience was great. Booking and communication with Walter was very easy and straightforward, and he gave us lots of good ideas when answering our questions. The house and yard are AMAZING - we spent most of our time in the backyard. We cooked a few meals and the house had everything we needed to prepare a few involved meals! Location is great - in a nice quiet neighborhood but close and easy access to anything you need. Grocery delivery was also super easy and successful! Will definitely return!

Perfection at every turn.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience – from the home, to the pool, to the patio, to the easy communication with the owner, to the location, everything was perfect. We decided to visit this wonderful home as a three-generation family getaway over Thanksgiving, and it perfectly suited everyone. The house is a great mix of large common area space for gathering and luxurious bedrooms for private relaxation. The backyard is really the show piece, with a pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen/dining area, and living room complete with TV and fireplace, everything you need it as at hand. And on the unlikely chance that you have a question or need something, the owner, Walter, is extremely accommodating and responsive. Honestly, the trip exceeded our expectations and may have kicked off a new Thanksgiving tradition!
