I like that it was clean and appeared fairly new. The staff was friendly and accommodating. What I didn’t like was the outdoor furniture was dirty in the outdoor lounge area and around the pool I know it was off-season but the weather was great. It should’ve been clean and presentable.

The experience was terrible mainly because of Expedia’s inflexibility on how they handle emergency situations, and also the terrible communication which led to the property canceling my reservation causing me to have a different room than what I already pre-paid for. Poor experience by Expedia with no help from their management team, and a poor experience at the property itself. The only saving grace was from the property manager who understood the situation, was apologetic, and offered some Hyatt points for later use.
