Didn’t realize it was a vacation club property! Meaning outside entry. 70 years old and had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs! Staff didn’t offer to take luggage and also could’ve been considerate and put us on the first or even second floor!

The property is an older property they are remodeling rooms, no elevators, they are 3 floors in each building , the steps are very small, difficult to maneuver. They did ask if we needed bottom floor but, i didn't know there wasn't an elevator. It is definitely a sales location, to get you to buy into Hilton. Not much else going on there. So very quite at night, but by 9am you could hear construction going on in the rooms.

Shower pressure sucks. Probably needs filters behind the heads cleaned. Or change heads. Pillows and mattress are too soft for anyone over 40, trust me most people would say that. Tv doesn’t have smart features, doesn’t cast. Needs a newer tv. Only half of the hot tub barely works. Great neighborhood.

Did not like that housekeeping was limited to only one during my 6 days stay. Also that information was not shared during my front desk or booking interaction. I was very disappointed that my bed and area was unkept. My expectations are that being at a hotel my regular chores that I engage in at home would be different. I travel as a senior alone and is not interested in engaging in household chores such as cooking etc. I am happy to use other dining options. There should be some considerations for other options not only cater for families.

I really enjoyed the fact that this hotel room was a small apartment complete with kitchen. The area was very nice and clean. Parking was never a big issue. The downside however, was twofold. The first, was the door on the Standalone shower was loose we were afraid to use it so we had to use the one in the tub which wasn't a big issue. The second, the staff pushing for me to go to their presentation. I had explained that I was having surgery and that I needed to recoup. Prior to leaving they then tried to get me to pay for a 4-day stay at a large discount. I would have preferred if they mentioned it one time and left it at that.

This was our 3rd time at the property. It needs a full upgrade. Tile floors look old, the couch was uncomfortable, the bed was small, and the shower took more than 5 minutes to heat up. All showers should have a step or seat to lift your foot on. This one did not.

There was not enough parking at building 6. Numerous handicapped spots open but no regular spots. The shower water takes at least 7 minutes to come out hot. What a waste of water in a state that needs all the water they can get. I asked 2 other guests and they said the water in their rooms was the same.

Every morning the toilet ran out of water then later on it would come back on and fill the tank. When you went to take a shower you had to let the water run for 5 minutes before you started to get any warm water not hot warm. Had to call the front desk 4 times at 1230 am about a party with loud music above me that woke me up before anything was done about it. Just thought Hilton was better than what I encountered.

The staff was not as resourceful for us not being from Az. The lady in sales gave us the wrong paper for discounts for food in the surrounding area. I requested a later check out, the kids still did not work for the extended time. We were locked out of the room and all gates, were there was NO help to open gates. Even when notified about the late check out the key still did not work which was a embarrassment; in which I did not appreciate.
