Located in Scottsdale, you will love this five-bedroom home. The large living room area provides ample options for entertaining with its multiple seating arrangements. The open floor plan allows easy conversation from the updated kitchen to the living room area.
Open the large sliding door and take your guest outside to the resort style backyard. Watch the kids enjoy the water slide while you relax with your favorite beverage by the fireplace.

This is not a house for parties or events. This is a quiet neighborhood, and the house rules must be followed.

Upon booking, we require all our guests to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure. Unable to comply would mean cancellation of your reservation.

Management will carefully evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, or those made at the last minute. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. This deposit will be promptly refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

Per city ordinance we have systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security systems could result in fees and eviction. The house and the management company were great! Clean house & Lots of amenities. We had a little hiccup with the pool but they fixed it quickly and were great about the whole process. Would definitely recommend the property and the rental company!

Many great courses were within 15 minutes. The staff was very responsive and accommodating to our needs.

The house is a nice size and the layout is perfect for large groups. Lots of games and areas for fun. The neighborhood is quiet and nice proximity to amenities. The backyard doesn't quite match the pictures and could use some maintenance/upkeep. The pool needed to be cleaned and there were a few dirty dishes in the cabinet. Communication with them was great and the check-in/check-out process was very smooth. Also, really appreciated the shampoo, dish soap, etc. Overall, we enjoyed our time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Definitely a nice big house, but for the money I feel like the furniture should not have been broken for the amount I paid. The hot tub only worked one night out of the entire week . Paying almost 5 grand for 6 days I feel like that should not have happened. Other than that, the house was very nice house for people to go. They do need to put a fan outside the table on the patio. You could sit out there if it just had a fan over top.

We had such an amazing 5 nights here! We were 11 ladies visiting to celebrate a few of our 50th bdays! The property was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Any issues we had were immediately resolved. Property management company is on it! The outdoor space is perfect to relax, enjoy the pool and play some games. We will definitely come back!
