4 Bedroom House with heated pool (optional heating charge can be declined) - Completely remodeled. Conveniently located in Old Town Scottsdale, features over 1800 sq ft in a prime Scottsdale location. Beautiful bright kitchen, bathrooms, new flooring & paint, with tile throughout the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Structural wood exposed beam, immense character, all in your open concept living space. HUGE game room with its own master bathroom featuring rain shower, double sinks and extra large walk-in closet. Backyard features a sparkling pool.

This 4 bedroom + game room (with pullout), 3 bath house is centrally located to enjoy all that Scottsdale has to offer.

Bedroom configuration -
Game/Bonus Room - This was meant to be a master bedroom. However, we converted this room to a game room with a 7' pool table, 12' shuffleboard table & Golden Tee golf game. The count pulls out to a full size bed, as well (Sleeps 2).

This game room has a luxury bathroom attached with a shower & bathtub, as well as a walk in closet for additional storage. The bathroom works great to take turns getting ready in, while there is still an actual master bedroom, which has it's own full bathroom attached.

Good location nice pool!
Pool was great and location was close to highway and shopping. Could use more/nicer kitchen supplies. Fun amenities, shuffle board and Golden Tee were nice, pool table needs to be replaced and pool cues were unusable. Owner was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Family reunion in Phoenix
We loved our stay at this property. The house was beautiful and comfortable and slept everyone comfortably. We had six adults. We enjoyed the pool and the game room and the ambience of the house. Exactly what we wanted
My family stayed at this property for three days and it was exactly what we were looking for. My kids loved the activities in the game room (pool table, shuffle board, and golden tee) and we all loved the pool. The big comfy couch was the perfect location to relax and watch the Olympics and movies as well. It was a very easy checkin/check out process and everyone was very attentive when we had questions or concerns. Was also very nice that we didn’t have to check out right away on our last day as they let us no we didn’t have to rush. That was very much appreciated. I would recommend this location for sure.

Great property, especially for those who need TLC for their backs
We were extremely pleased with our stay. Since I have chronic back pain, I picked this property for the standalone tub. I used it every day during our stay and it was divine. Every bed in the house has a fantastic mattress. All of us slept very well. Very comfortable, cotton bedding as well. We were in town for my son’s wedding. Five of us stayed at the property. Before arriving I had asked and Mike said it was OK to host the grooms breakfast for eight of the groomsmen at the house. It was perfect because there’s a large center table, game room area, and outdoor seating with a pool. There are also three bathrooms so there is plenty of space to get ready for the wedding. The kitchen is very well stocked with plates. I think there are plates for 30 guests. We only had to run the dishwasher one time. There were even beautiful ceramic platters and bowls so I could make the grooms breakfast extra special. I also loved that there are two types of coffee makers. I normally don’t use a Keurig so I really loved having a standard coffee maker and it makes 14 cups of coffee. Mike was extremely timely with getting back for any of my correspondence. He offered to let us check out late since no one was coming in behind us. I had no idea how useful that time would be. It allowed me to enjoy the wedding without having to worry about getting packed up before I had to leave for the airport. It was a very relaxing stay given that we had so many activities packed into three days.

Sisters trip
My 5 sisters and I spent our annual sisters trip in Scottsdale and chose the property by the amenities and the price.We loved the property!!it was clean and spacious. The heated pool was awesome. We loved how relaxing it was. I was concerned that I didn’t receive any checkout instructions. I tried to call the property manager but was not able to reach him. I would still recommend this property to my friends and family wanting to stay in Scottsdale.

Best location in Scottsdale
I have been coming out to Scottsdale for a decade for WMPO and Mike's location is the best I have stayed in so far. A quick drive up to the tournament. only a few minutes from Old Town Scottsdale or the Casino. And a Walmart within walking distance. Everyone in my group of 10 kept telling me this was the best location I have found for Scottsdale yet. Everything at the property was clean. The pool was not heating at first but Mike had a guy on it before we even realized it. (also, how many places can you find that aren't charging you extra for a heated pool??) Mike was able to accommodate a last-minute late checkout for us when some travel plans changed as well. I would recommend Mike's property to anyone traveling to Scottsdale.

Good Location
Used this home for a family vacation, there was 6 adults and four children. The house has an open design which suited our group very well. The house comes stocked with most things you would need for your stay. The house has a playpen, highchair and small umbrella stroller which we used. The location is a close drive to anything you want to do in Scottsdale. Walmart is a block away. The heated pool was the highlight of the house. We had a good time.

Everything You Need but....
This home supplies just about everything you need. There were shampoos, conditioners, and lotions in every bathroom. The kitchen was very well stocked. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go purchase some. There were items left under one of the beds and closets from previous owners. We were surprised at how small the pool was and had to wait 2 days for someone to come and service the pool. Please make sure the pool is ready for you prior to your stay as this was an important part of our family vacation. The property manager was very helpful but make sure you ask about when to put garbage/recycling bins out as we had no clue and missed one of the pick ups.

Great stay and great location
I booked this for my bachelorette party and was surprised when we walked in at how much larger the rooms were then the photos look. The kitchen and living area were extremely spacious, and the pool was even a little larger than expected. The location is great to Old Town and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The owner was extremely quick in response times and even let us check in earlier due to our flight landing quite early! High recommend this place for large or small groups!

We had 8 girls stay here for my bachelorette party and it was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of space for us and the bathrooms were so spacious, clean, and well updated. The pool was so nice, we spent most of our time out there! I cannot recommend this place enough! It was a great location close to everything including Old Town and a huge Walmart! Micheal was great and communicated with us before our stay. Would also be great for a family. All around 5 stars!

Great Vacation Home in Scottsdale
This home was perfect for a family getaway. We had 6 children and 6 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house is nicely done, and the backyard and pool are a wonderful asset that we all enjoyed! The neighborhood is quiet and cute, and the proximity to activities, the airport, and freeway was perfect. The owner and property manager were always available and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this property.
