The property was absolutely beautiful and more than big enough for 7 of us (two family groups.) Backyard was a delight and we made good use of the pool, hot tub and snores pit. Wonderful time was had by all!

This was a fantastic place to stay. The quiet serene atmosphere was refreshing. The patio coupled with the resort style pool make this the place to stay. The hosts were gracious in their communication and check in was seamless. This was very close to the McDowell Mountain Regional Park which was great for hiking . I would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation
Perfect home and location for our Arizona vacation. We felt right at home in this lovely home. Lots of room, really comfortable beds, great kitchen, an oasis backyard. We can’t wait to come back. Owners and management were awesome with communication and our requests.

Enjoyed our stay! Lighting was a bit dim and it was a guessing game which light switches did what, but the beds were comfortable, pool was the perfect temperature and the backyard was very nice. The manager responded quickly to questions.

Amazing views of the mountains from the pool and hot tub facing into the sunset. Bedrooms well spaced out for privacy. Top quality bedding, towel and linens. Great outdoor space. The house is up to date, comfortable and well maintained. The yard is lovely for sitting out and gazing at the hills (no house right behind it.) I've dealt with a number of management companies and Evolve is the very best. Responsive and easy to work with with clear instructions. Would rent again.

Perfect Hideaway
Loved this home. As described. Owners were attentive when we had question. View out the back of mountains was wonderful. We opted for heated pool during a cool week and that worked out nicely. Kitchen was large and had all the was needed for home cooking, which we did a lot of. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. 5 stars.

Spring Training in AZ
Outstanding in every way. The house is beautiful with a layout that is very accommodating for a large group. The pool area was the destination for the family every evening for spectacular views of the mountains at sunset. Fountain Hills is a quiet friendly little town with plenty of good restaurants, and virtually no traffic which was very nice to come back to after traveling to many of the area Spring Traing parks. Communication with the host was easy as was check in and out. My family and I are already planning our trip for Spring Training ‘25.

Fabulous Home in the Desert!
The house was absolutely perfect for our family. We were gathered for a loved one’s funeral in the Rio Verde area & the accommodations were just what we needed to spend some quality family time together. The swimming pool and outdoor furnishings were spot on for a small gathering of family members before, during & after the funeral services. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities for preparing meals for 8 guests. The huge master bedroom & 3 other bedrooms were very comfortable & provided some privacy for overnight guests along with 3 full bathrooms. No doubt, if we need to return to the Fountain Hills area, this house we be our first choice!

Great space for our needs!
Four guys doing a golf weekend. The house is great, with lots of room, ample seating inside and outside. Kitchen is well stocked. Grill outside is great. Fire pit outside is very cozy. This is the second time this group has used this house. Felt like we were visiting an old friend!
