SPLASH. This home is equipped with a gas heated pool and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $70.20 per day. Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.


Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.


This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Stunning property
This rental is an absolutely beautiful home, with a stunning back yard - perfect for a family stay. The kids loved the pool, the game room, and the large bedrooms. It was clean inviting, and well worth the stay. Highly recommended!

We love this house
This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here and it does not disappoint. Lots of room for a large group with plenty to do for all ages. The pool and outside space is our favorite.

Amazing House
This house is great for families! The outdoor area will keep everyone in the family entertained for your entire stay! When you aren’t outside there is plenty to do inside. The host has thought of everything and has every board game you can think of to keep the family entertained. We will definitely stay here again.

Great experience
This property was very comfortable to stay in. We enjoyed the heated hot tub most of all. Every bedroom was super comfortable, all the details had been thought through. We would stay here again. If you are sight-seeing, this location in Chandler was about 20 to 30 minutes from most of the tourist attractions we were interest in for our visit.

Fantastic Stay
We absolutely loved the outdoor area. Pool was amazing. The house had so many different areas of entertainment. The pool with so many pool toys, putting green, fire pit, all the games inside the home. The house was also very clean and had so much space for our entire family. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back again for a visit.

Awesome house with plenty of room. This place has 3 master suites. Has all the outdoor amenities you could want. Heated pool with slide,spa,gas grill, gas fire pit and more. Also a great game room with pinball, air hockey table tennis and foos ball

Amazing stay!
What a spacious clean house! With 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, we had plenty of room for our group of 10. The amenities were that of a mini resort and the teens had more to do than time available. Management was easy to get ahold of and extremely helpful. Would definitely come back and stay at Tonto.

Beautiful home...everything as described and more! Once we were able to settle in and enjoy all of the amenities, definitely THE place to stay. The stay was everything we could hope for and more. Our family (ranging in ages 1-55) stayed at this beautiful VRBO. Because of all the options for fun at home, there wasn’t much need to leave. There was something for everyone….game room, pool, hot tub, fire pit, board games, and more. We had tons of fun and felt very safe inside this gated community.

Thanksgiving in AZ
We had a great time during our seven day stay in the property. The pool, hot tub, putting course, ping pong, air hockey, loads of games and books We’re amazing for all to enjoy! It was in a great gated location with convenience to nearby stores, the freeway, etc. We had a few challenges that the property managers addressed during our stay and provided some recommendations to add convenience for future renters. All in all, our family had a great Thanksgiving, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable! I would recommend this property for family vacations

The house and pool were amazing! Pool iPad didn’t work but they were great about showing us how to turn it all on manually. There could have been more things stocked like trash bags and cleaning things. Other then that it was great and we would stay again!

What a gem!
What a gem! This house has every possible thing you could ever need. It is truly a family paradise. A family can settle in for a long weekend and never have to leave. With all the games and activities, nobody will ever get bored. My family was able to spread out and really enjoy themselves. The backyard is beautiful, and the heated pool and hot tub were a treat. We appreciated the supply of pool towels, extra swimsuits and pool toys. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware and the beds are comfortable. The only suggestion for this high-end home is to provide shower products, quality toilet paper and replace burnt out light bulbs. We will stay here again!

Beautiful property that needs upkeep.
This is a beautiful property but not well maintained. The pool heater did not work through most of our stay. We selected the property based on the beautiful pool, slide, and hot tub but only were able to use it for 2 days. The dishwasher had been unplugged due to previous issues that had not been repaired. Other smaller maintenance issues had also not been repaired.

Absolute Pleasure
This property provides the experience that all others should compare themselves to. I don’t mean the size and amenities, which were equally impressive, but the experience as a whole. This is the most well managed property we have ever stayed at, and their team provides so many extra little touches to ensure your stay is memorable. The home is beautiful, the space & seatings is extremely generous, the pool was a huge hit and the game room was as well. More than that; it was absolutely immaculate and they really thought of everything. It is managed like the finer resorts we have stated and, and they regularly check with you to make sure your stay is going well. The kitchen has every tool you could possibly need, and they even had snacks and bottled water waiting for us. There is a service that comes to take the trash cans to the curb for you, they really do not miss a thing. When I am on vacation, I like it to be just that….a vacation! This property left nothing for me to do, except enjoy my time with my family. Absolutely the gold standard, and the model that every “vacation” property should strive to be. It was the very best experience we’ve ever had at a vacation rental, and we will most certainly stay here anytime we’re in town.

Spacious house BUT the features we wanted to use the most didn’t work.
We booked for 6 days for 2 families (5 kids, 4 adults). The amenities were attractive (pool, spa, waterfall/slide, basketball hoop, grill). The gaming room looked fun for our kids, esp. pinball. However, we spent the first few days of our trip dealing w/ the mgmt co. to get many amenities in wkng order (some which never wkd by the end of our stay). Positives: The house is spacious, in a gated community & close to activities. The backyard is beautiful. Our experience: 1) Pool & spa heaters didn’t function until late day 2. Cold pool/spa for 2 of 6 days. Had even confirmed prior via email w/ Stefanie Gould of Elite Vacation Rentals by AZ Elite Properties that pool would be heated prior to arrival (to 87 degrees) & the spa fully heated. The pool was 60s (cold)/hot tub 70s. Brenden from Elite Vacation Rentals tried but couldn’t fix it; sent a pool expert (afternoon on day 2). The pool/spa warmed up day 3 but day 5 we had more heating issues. 2) Grill didn’t work & propane tank was empty. Brenden brought over a full tank the next morn but it sprayed gas when hooked up. Elite Vacation Rentals sent Mike, the mgmt co. “broker” who said we’re lucky to have him come over because he shouldn’t be doing maintenance. He said the issues were “minor.” He went to Home Depot to replace a “washer” but couldn’t fix it. He sent over Al’s repair, who gave it an overhaul and fixed it after several hrs. 3) pinball machine never wkd. Brenden said an electrician needs to fix it; didn’t happen during our stay. 4) One bathroom toilet didn’t work. Mike came over and “fixed” the chain; still never wkd. 5) dishwasher didn’t work. Mike said he fixed it before our arrival? He said fancy dishwashers” are difficult to fix (under-counter built in). 6) pool basketball hoop broken & wouldn’t adjust. Mike said it’d be fixed at a later time. 7) master bedroom was sweltering hot-phones showed temps in the 90s when temps were low 70s outdoors. Sleeping in that room was unbearable. Brenden said the thermostat was fine but something was surely wrong. 8) vacuum had no suction. Mike said Brenden would take care of it; never heard anything. Overall we kept it positive w/ our kids so they could enjoy vaca. but dealt w/ an unfriendly prop mgmt grp to fix things promised in the listing. They refunded our pool heating fee in full & gave us a 10% discount for the many issues we dealt w/. The house was clearly not inspected prior to booking. Beautiful place, but needs a major overhaul.

Amazing Long Weekend Getaway
We had 6 people in our group, ranging in age from 11 to 72. Each of us really enjoyed the house. Everything was exactly as described. By far, our favorite house we have stayed in while in the Phoenix area. We actually booked it again for next year and we can’t wait to stay there again.
