Enjoy our warm AZ sunshine and admire our beautiful sunsets from the peaceful covered patio that is excellent for enjoying early evenings. This 2-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Surprise. Newly updated chef kitchen and fresh paint thru-out. Master ensuite, includes walk-in shower, dual sinks with large walk in closet. The property is close to two great community centers that include gym, pools, private rooms for exercise & functions and Spa. Four golf courses. Biking/walking paths thru-out. The Grand is close to great restaurants, shopping and more. Visit Lake Pleasant just 40 minutes away or White Tank Mountain 20 minutes to the West. Just 10 minutes from the Texas rangers Sports Complex and 20 minutes from NASCAR's Phoenix Speedway. Approximately 40 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Guests will have everything they need for a fabulous stay. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

We loved our stay! Beverley the host was very responsive and even brought us a brand new Kuerig coffee maker, vacuum cleaner (month rental) and home was clean and updated!Cons: near Bell Rd and 303 so traffic noise
