Gorgeous property!

Our group of 8 stayed at the property for a week over Christmas. The house is very spacious and provided plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The views from the property are amazing and the house is stocked with everything you might need. We had an issue with the pool heater that the owner resolved asap. Communication was quick and very friendly. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Beautiful and Relaxing!

We just got back from this amazing vacation and we were blown away with the stay at this house. The owner was there when part of the family arrived and showed us how to work things. We had everything we needed in the house. The views are gorgeous!!! I have been vacationing in AZ for a long time and this was the best! You are surrounded by mountain views and the house is off the beaten path. There was a horse named Ducky next door and you are right by Tonto National Forest. The house is huge and the pool was amazing! My family has stayed in many VRBO houses and I do not usually write a review, but I had to for this house and owners. Everything was perfect and I hope we can go back someday.

Great family get away

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! It was exactly as described in the listing and more than met our expectations. The home was well appointed and very clean. For a family vacation with "adult children" this was the perfect home. The communication process before during and after the stay was superb. The house is out of town and very private without feeling like you are too far from amenities such as the store. I would recommend the property to friends and family and would most definitely stay again!

Beautiful home!

This is a beautiful home! Our extended family was visiting Scottsdale and looking for a larger home with 4 bedrooms and 4+ bathrooms. This fit the bill perfectly! We loved the recreation room, the pool and hot tub, and the large family area with big screen TV. It worked great to play games, watch football, and cook some fabulous meals in the large kitchen. We loved the beautiful views!

Teriffic House

While easy to find, this property is a bit out of the way. However, a little extra time to get there is well worth it. Between the kiva, outdoor kitchen, pool, hot tub, bar that opens to outdoors and outdoor fire features, this house is plenty nice to be a destination. Owner is very friendly and helpful. We will definately be back!

Seclusion but not Boredom

This was the most perfect little quarantine getaway. The property was very secluded, but not terribly difficult to get to (we could still have pizza and some baby supplies delivered with no issues). The house was incredibly well equipped and left us wanting for nothing. The game room was a great way to kill some time when we all were sun and water logged. The host was easy to get a hold of and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and hope we can return someday soon!

Authentic Arizona Experience

First, let me say, that the property owners were fantastic people and great with communication. The home is as advertised and well-maintained. I found the home to be prepared, beautiful, and full of fun items. The pool and spa were relaxing and appreciated after a long day of cart path-only golfing. Getting to the home is a journey down a dirt road and can be bumpy, but we found a better road on our last day. I feel the road adds to the Arizona experience. Our adventure at the home was excellent and deserving of the highest review. Highly recommend.

The BEST!

Just book it! This is the second time we have stayed here. Once as a family and then just the wife and I. I wish that I could transport the house to southern CA where we live. immaculate, clean, and beautiful. I could write so many things, but to sum it up, the whole experience has been fantastic. It received ONE bad review and after going there twice I realized that whoever wrote the review must be from a different planet. My wife and I were trying to figure out when we can head back to Scottsdale just so we can stay here again.

Hidden Gem on the outskirts of Scottsdale

My family and I absolutely loved this home! It was one of the cleanest VRBO's we have ever stayed at. It was comfortable and provided everything we needed for our 5 night stay. My 2 young boys especially loved this home. From the wildlife we saw everyday, the pool, and game room..it really was a huge hit! All the bedrooms were great with comfortable beds, linens, and pillows. The Master Suite is to die for! The backyard was perfect for entertaining and we especially loved being able to play music throughout the home. While the home is off a dirt road, it is still close enough to the Baseball Spring Training and Golf. We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful place!

Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time at the rental in Scottsdale last week. That is an amazing place – so many awesome details, and so well maintained. And what a great pool and spa! Also, we cannot believe the visible wildlife in the area! The kids loved it. Carl was super helpful. The air conditioning had gone out in the casita on a day we had gone to the grand canyon and Carl and the AC guy came out and had that up and running right away after we let him know about it. That was just great! Again, thanks for everything and for the use of the place for a week.

FANTASTIC FAMILY GETAWAY LOCATION

Went here in January meeting another couple friend of ours from another city. We ALL LOVED this property. QUIET AND PRIVATE! SUPER clean, and WELL outfitted to long comfortable stays. I want to win the lottery and buy this property. LOL! Felt like HOME! COMFORTABLE, SPACIOUS, and our daughter loved staying in the attached Casita with complete privacy away from the other adults. Fast communication from SUPER NICE owners who were VERY kind also. We (not the 2nd couple) got our flight cancelled due to snow in Denver, and the owner was SUPER fast responsive and accommodating to a desperate request to stay an extra day! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING! Want to come back for sure!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This was a perfect vacation house for my large family. The house was extremely spacious and absolutely breathtaking. The kitchen was my favorite (typical mom). The entire house had everything we needed, plus some! Carl was very helpful and very friendly. Made us feel right at home. I would say the only negative thing would be the flies at night (being so close to the horse/cattle ranch) and being a bit far from the places we visited. But overall, I'd do it again in a minute! Thank you Carl, Chad and Jen for the use of such a beautiful home! We had a perfect family vacation and we owe you a huge THANK YOU!!!

Great Property

The property is exactly as advertised on VRBO. It has lots of great features that made our stay very enjoyable. The outside living area around the pool and spa is set up very nicely. It was cool at night when we were there so the pool and spa heaters worked well and allowed us to be in the water. The house is in a very private area - we did not see many people or cars. Also we enjoyed watching the wildlife in the backyard, including a bobcat. Chad promptly answered a few questions we had and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. The only negative was the dirt road getting to the property which had plenty of ruts and bumps. This is an awesome property for a crew of 8 people - highly recommend.

Beautiful home in quiet area

Truly is a fantastic home. 8 adults (4couples) stayed comfortably for 5 nights. The back patio/pool area was very popular, great place to hang out. Master bedroom area is massive. It is a little off the beaten path, down some dirt roads a ways. Might be a con to some, but we saw it as a pro since there were not a lot of neighbors stacked on top of eachother. The only downside we saw is that you are unable to heat both the pool and the spa at the same time, so you have to pick one or the other if you are visiting in cooler months. Had some issues with one of the guest room showers, but the owners said they were going to address it. Owners were easy to communicate with via text and email.

You will not regret staying in this beautiful home!

My family stayed for a week over Thanksgiving, and from the moment we walked into the house everything was absolutely amazing. The location is so relaxing and comfortable, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic and lights. The scenery is amazing with the mountains and four peaks right out your windows. The house itself is roomy, as we had four adult couples staying in the home. It is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen items, condiments, towels, linens, etc that you need to stay for a week or longer. The amenities including the hot tub and fire features were pretty fun and added flair to the whole experience. On our next trip back to Scottsdale, there is no doubt that we will stay in this house again! From the first conversation that we had with the owners about the house to this review, it was all so easy and delightful! Thank you.
