The driveway offers parking, but kindly ensure there's sufficient space for guests staying in Units A and B to use the walkway. Moreover, extra parking spots are available for free on the streets in front of the home.

SECURITY
We have 5 actively recording cameras overlooking the front yard, the backyard, all patios, laundry, and the driveway which record video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property except for the laundry room.
Outside patio & grill area and parking in front of the building are common area that might be used by other guests.

☀️ #1 rule of the house is please clean-up after yourself, have common sense and treat the place with care respect like if it was your own.

☀️ No smoking inside of home. $250 remediation fee will be assessed if smoking is suspected in the interior property on the home. No open flames or candles of any kind are allowed on the property. No use of illegal substances on the property.

☀️ Guests must respect the privacy of other guests and neighbors, and not disturb them in any way.

☀️ Check-in and check-out times must be respected, unless agreed upon with the host.

☀️ Please try to not leave lights/TVs/fans ON if you're not home or using them.

☀️ Please try not to leave the A/C on at unreasonably low temperatures especially while you're not home.

☀️ No Parties/Loud Music/Noise/Illegal Activities etc. Such behaviors will not be tolerated and can lead to cancellation without a refund. Kindly respect a courtesy quiet hours starting at 9 pm for our neighbors.

☀️ Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed stay overnight, this is strictly enforced by our insurance policy.

☀️ The guests who book the property are accountable for any damage caused to the property during their stay and will be charged for any repair/replacement fees. This includes any damage or loss of items caused by themselves or anyone who accesses the property during their stay. The owner reserves the right to determine the replacement fees and hold the guests responsible for them. It is expected that the guests will respect the property and leave it in the same condition as it was
received.

☀️ Pets are welcome upon approval with the advanced permission and $400 pet deposit each.

This place is a true gem. It was remarkably peaceful and secure, and it was conveniently situated near the downtown area. What a fantastic spot to stay!

Immaculately clean with some nice added touches. Because there are different units, it would be a great property if you had a few friends or couples that wanted their own privacy but to also stay together. Private backyard to socialise. The only drawback with sharing the property is the parking as it is one long driveway and so you may have to ask or be asked to move your vehicle so someone can get out. The neighbourhood isn't the prettiest but it felt safe and this property is very well kept. Would definitely stay here again. Owner is very pleasant and responsive.
