Nathan was very accommodating to our needs. His property was beautiful and centrally located to everything we needed. He was extremely easy to communicate with. Our stay was just perfect, easy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay with him.
If you are an RV fan you should definitely stay here!
Nathan & family were very hospitable. The area the RV is in is contained inside their backyard fence. There is tons of room to play in the yard. Their chickens are quite cute roaming around. The bed was comfortable. They provided coffee & a pot that was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend, especially for families with children.
Nathan is a great host! Any questions is just a simple text away. Love the neighborhood and plenty of stores just a few minutes away. Beautiful property and definitely a place I would stay again.
We really enjoyed staying here. There was so much more to it than what was listed and we truly appreciated the stay.
Felt very welcome when we first arrived until we had left. ☺️
Thank you
This is a great camper for a great price! My son and I stayed 4 nights. Very comfortable with all the amenities you need. If I'm ever back in the Phoenix area, I will stay again. Thanks Nathan!
We had a wonderful visit with family at my niece's wedding at nearby Snepf's Farm so only were at the VRBO to sleep. The beds were OK but one had a foam mattress which was less then ideal. The biggest problem we had was concern about running out of water since there was a 5 gallon limit. So I never took a shower since there out of worry that I'd run out of water to rinse off shampoo or soap.
The RV was a fun new experience for our family of 4. Traveling a budget the price worked for us. We stayed for 2 nights but only to sleep. My kids loved the very large bunk beds, I was somewhat worried about the safety with the kids since there were no safety bars. My kids had no problems. The property was beautiful, however on the first day the grassy area was flooded and I had to make sure to keep the kids away in fear of them just falling in. The RV was so homie, make sure to read all the directions prior to stay. There were games, and puzzles also a folder full of movies. It was very well air conditioned. The only complaint I have, the shower had no pressure and no hot water from the shower. There was hot water from the sink. Showering the kids was not possible. You get what you paid for. Wouldn’t recommend staying with kids.
I wasn't sure about this place at first since there was 0 comment. But my two boys always wanted to stay in a RV, and it looked so much more fun than a regular hotel, plus, the price is irresistible.
Why not to give it a try?
The host, Nathan, was very kind and helpful, our flight was delayed and was on a stormy night, he waited for us until 2-3 am just to welcome and show us how to get the RV door because it was all muddy (once in decades).
We were the first guests here, and he wanted to make sure we feel welcomed and comfortable. It is much appreciated.
Frankly, we were amazed by how spacious the rooms are, it's like a suite, two bedrooms are at the two ends of the RV, so my husband and I can have a bit of quiet time from our two boys, and they enjoy the king size bunk bed all to themselves.
The kitchen is equipped with everything. the heating is good too. Nathan even prepared a few board games for the guests. Oh, and, yes, he put together a little brochure with all the fun things to do around the property, restaurants, parks, hiking routes, recreations........
There's a lot of space outside of the RV as well, on nice days, you can have some relaxing time under the sun.
Overall, this is the highlight of our trip, and we highly recommend Nathan and his Cozy Camper.
