The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) mandates that service dogs must be under the control of their handler and should not be left unattended. If the animal is left alone we can report this and you will be asked to leave.
Under Arizona Statue Title 11. Counties § 11-1024 subsection E, F and K
E. A service animal must be under the control of the service animal's handler.
F. A service animal's handler is liable for any damage done to a public place by the service animal or service animal in training.
K. A person may not fraudulently misrepresent an animal as a service animal or service animal in training to a person or entity that operates a public place. A court or duly appointed hearing officer may impose on the person misrepresenting the animal in violation of this subsection a civil penalty of not more than two hundred fifty dollars for each violation.
LOUD NOISES
The Phoenix Municipal Code prohibits loud, disturbing, and unnecessary noises, such as playing music between 11 PM and 7 AM, yelling, or using loudspeakers on vehicles.
POOL HEAT
A 2-day notification is required to heat the pool. An additional fee of USD 85 per day must be paid before check-in. With a minimum of 3 day use.
Guests can contact our service line after booking to purchase pool heat for their stay.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY; AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE ADDED DURING YOUR STAY.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
