Longer Stay Discounts! Love the relaxing AZ life at this 3 bedroom home located in a Peoria neighborhood near the Peoria Sports Complex, 101 and 303 freeways. It boasts a backyard swimming pool, BBQ, patio seating, and a porch swing to enjoy those beautiful desert sunsets. The home has been recently furnished and upgraded and is perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway, a week vacation, or a month long stay (please ask us for our longer term discounts).

This listing is for the entire 3 B/R home has been recently furnished and upgraded and is 1201 square feet. It features a backyard with a swimming pool, patio area with seating, BBQ, and porch swing. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group. It is perfect for a weekend getaway, a week away, or a month long stay.

SLEEPING AREAS: 
Master suite with king-size bed and attached full bathroom

COMMON AREAS: 
Kitchen, dining room and living room. 
A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available. 

(Children supplies such as highchair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $3 per day per item, plus a $20 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)

PARKING: 
Please Park in the garage. The garage can accommodate 2 standard sized vehicles. The driveway can accommodate 2 more vehicles. There is no overnight street parking.

PETS: 
Please let us know if you have pets as DOGS only are welcome to stay here. 2 Dogs maximum and must be under 35 lbs. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e., dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we can inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a startup supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned, you may need to purchase some of these items.

When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. WE are happy to answer any questions you may have.
LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 9PM to 9AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Pleasant Valley Mountain. Lake Pleasant is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events. 

If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.

Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

*Noise ordinance set in place 9pm-9am. Subject to additional fees if not followed*
*Property vendors (pool, landscape, pest control, etc.) and have access the grounds and service may occur during your stay. 
*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.

We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. By car, we are 20 minutes to many popular destinations.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning team.

Beautiful Home Away From Home
This was a great place to stay. We were here for two weeks and had a lot of people to see. It was in a great location lots of shopping areas and restaurants are nearby. The home itself is sparkling clean. The Pool was sparkling clean too. The beds were comfy and every amenity was available that we needed. Our host was on top of every single communication. Convenient location, needs a few things…
This is a cute little house, accommodated 5 of us well enough, but it is lacking in the things that would make it a great place. The kitchen is pretty, and the appliances are great. but all the furnishings are hand-me-downs. There are not enough lamps or end tables/landing areas for when people sit around— no place to set your drink. The beds all need an upgrade, and the pillows are no good. (Get some really good pillows and Use pillow protectors that can be removed and washed!) - they’re flat and have body fluid stains. Eeew. My SIL saved us with pillows from her home! The bedrooms need storage/ dressers, end tables on each side of the bed and lamps! The lightbulbs are all that gnarly blue white LED that are too harsh! Put dimmers on the switches and use warm white LEDs. We bought hangers and left them for the next guests, as we were there for a wedding and there was no way to hang our dresses/suits. The pool is pretty, would have been nice to have it heated as it was chilly, but it was 102* outside so we went in anyway!! The pool area needs seating and loungers. 2 chairs outside for 4-6 People is not adequate. Seems like this is a new-to-the-VRBO - Arena and maybe they owners will up their game. The landscaping was all dead or dying as the irrigation system was not either working or they didn’t have it on. Shame- the lemon tree was about dead. And the oleanders and Mexican bird of paradise were all dying. The backyard has potential but it felt like we were on the moon.

Nice home in Alta Vista Estates
Home was easily accessible. It had many items stocked for our stay (8 days). We enjoyed having a lemon tree in the yard. We wished the pool had a heater so we could have used it in March. We would recommend this home as a nice place to stay off the beaten path.

Loved it!
It was the perfect spot for my husband and I to stay while out visiting my dad. Plenty of space and didn’t encounter any issues. The owners are very friendly and easy to communicate with! We will look to stay again in the future!

Great little house
The location of this house was perfect for our family as we awaited the final steps to move home after a house build. It is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of a nice park for kids and dogs. The kitchen was newly updated and well stocked with all that was needed for cooking - except measuring cups and spoons.. We appreciated the dish soap, trash bags and needed items for our stay. The Wi-Fi was strong and fast according to our teens who were gaming during our stay. The bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash - and not those small hotel size bottles - real size. The back yard is a nice size with a relaxing set up. We didn’t get to use the pool due to time of year but it was well maintained. The owners also provided laundry necessities for our stay. Bonus for our family of 5! Thank you for allowing us a “temporary” home. Will recommend to family and friends who may need a place to stay.
