Condo was very clean and well equipped. It was a little hard to find the front door. Condo is a walk down a sidewalk in the back of the building from the parking lot. Not visible from the lot. Loved our stay and just a 10 minute walk to Sloan Park. Very convenient!

Beautifully renovated home
This is a beautifully renovated home, but renters need to know there is no dishwasher. Now, if you're not making any meals, you may not care, but we were making breakfast each day and this slowed us down considerably. The home is lovely, it's comfortable, especially the beds, and we enjoyed our stay, which was close to our family. We always felt safe, and had pretty much everything we needed. The only reason it's not 5 stars is due to the lack of a dishwasher.

Fresh and newly remodeled stay
Our stay for the Ironman race was comfortable and spacious. The condo had enough rooms and space . The entire condo has been recently updated throughout so it was nice to have fresh and modern touches. We heavily used the kitchen which was enough to meet our needs. Initially the kitchen was lacking some basic essentials but the Evolve team immediately responded and within 2 hours had everything purchased and dropped off to us. The only negative and the reason I rated 4 star is that the closest most convenient way into downtown Tempe is via the train which is a 25 minute walk away. So having a car in that location is a must . The Evolve team who manages this property is extremely professional , and communicative meeting our every request. I travel all over the world and I would not hesitate to hire them or use them for travel needs in the future. Shout out to ERIKA at EVOLVE!!

Pretty Cool Location
It was nice all in all. It was a Lil tricky to locate, but after disregarding the GPS and walking around the complex , we found it. Everything that we needed was in the home.

Very pleasant stay
Very clean quiet place. Love the outdoor cats. Was in a weird location, but once you find it, it’s nice. Bed is very comfortable and did I mention the place is super clean. TVs are big and in the perfect location. I would def stay here again!
