Home is internet/Wifi ready & has 24 hour check-in w/a Smartlock(No Key Needed).Smart TV's W/cable in EVERY bedroom. The complex has 2 community Heated Pools, Jacuzzi, BBQ's, & 2 dog parks. Once the temperature drops below 70 degrees Fahrenheit for over a week, the pool heater is turned off. Their is no additional fee for pool heating.


The old saying, "Pictures are worth a thousand words" applies. The pictures really say a lot about the townhouse. Besides the pictures, we focused on having a 5 star guest experience in the bedroom first by choosing high quality mattresses, sheets, and pillows. I read reviews on mattresses, sheets, and pillows that would help give you a comfortable night’s rest. I then proceeded to hire an interior decorator to give the home the "wow" factor.

Everything is brand new in the home from the coffee machines, to the TVs, to the mattresses, to the furniture, to the silverware, etc. This isn't a "budget vacation rental" and I do my best to pay attention to the details. I pride myself in being a good host and helping you feel like your at "home" when your on vacation. Please ask if you need any suggestions on what to do or where to go.

Master Bedroom 1: King size bed with en-suite bathroom (2 twin memory foam rollaway beds in closet)
2nd Bedroom: 1 queen sized bed with en-suite bathroom
3rd Bedroom: 1 queen sized bed with en-suite bathroom
Family Room Area: 2 couches that become twin sized beds (known as a convertible sleeper)

OPTIONAL EXTRA FEES:
Pet fee $200 total (Max 2 pets & I must get owner approval for any dogs above 30lbs).
Early Check-in/ Late Check-Out Fee-$400 plus tax per request (when available).
