Conveniently located
We enjoyed our stay. Pool was chilly but kids still jumped in and we used the hot tub every night. Very nice location with an easy drive for everything we wanted to do

Nice place!
This 2 bedroom condo/apartment was nice and would actually sleep probably 6 if needed. It ended up just being my husband and I during this trip. Pool was right next to condo but was never busy, gym was down a ways but not too far. House itself was great with no issues and great instructions for guests. About 15-20 minutes from Mayo Clinic (which is why we were there) and about 25 minutes from Phoenix airport.

Property was neat and clean. Couple of comments. Lack of any online TV was disappointing and the property needs some upgrades/repairs. Example the smoke detector was missing.

Ok for young party crowd
Condo was clean, but decor included many huge liquor bottles, disorganized kitchen cupboards and drawers, and bed linen sprayed with heavily scented fabric dry wash cleaner. Cleaners were too busy to come and wash linen, so I had to run them through the washer to get rid of the terrible odor. Written directions in the condo could include key and fob directions on how to enter pool area and how to get out of gated complex! Pool was advertised as heated, but it was too cold to enter. Hot tub was on and working. Night lights around condo are very bright, and window coverings in both bedrooms are inadequate to keep bright light out for sleeping. Owner was courteous, but not in Arizona. Someone could have reached out to us throughout our five day stay, especially have our first day calling with questions and complaints. I would not rent this unit again, but maybe it would work well for a group of friends down for sun and partying.😊

Cozy Condo
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings as our week was cooler than normal. Scott was warm, friendly and easy to communicate with. Only suggestion would be to improve the reception for the TV and upgrade the channel capacity. (No national news) Thanks, Scott! Cozy Condo on ground floor
Communication was straight forward and the condo owner was very responsive. The condo has two bedrooms, one with bunk beds, a full size bed and no closet. We had a relatively short stay, so not a big deal but FYI. The location is close to the freeway, some fast food and Costco if needed.

We were in town for an extended (6 night) family reunion and we were very comfortable here. The unit is clean, quiet and nicely furnished and outfitted. The proximity to I-17 and 101 made getting around town easy. We would come back again without hesitation!

Excellent place to stay!
We were thrilled with our stay. The apartment itself was very nice with plenty of space for 3 adults. The location was in a nice area; close to eating and shopping. It is on the ground floor, parking is close by and the pool is right outside the door. Scott was great to work with and very accommodating. Overall, a great place to stay!

My two besties and I stayed here for 6 nights in celebration of our 60th birthdays! It was great for what we needed. Morning coffee on the patio was a daily highlight with relaxing sounds of pool waterfall just steps away. Size of unit was fine for us. I recommend this home !

Great location and great unit!
This unit has a beautiful poolside view. It’s warm and lovely to drink coffee on the patio and listen to the waterfall at the pool. The hot tub was great in January. The pool is very cold. But, most things we drove to were convenient and about a 20 minute drive. We would definitely rent this again!

We arrived later in the evening and it was very dark and in a huge condo complex. A message from owner on where it was located did not reach me. It was impossible to find and very fustrating. I did not realize that pools in Arizona are not heated during the winter as it was advertised use of pool but unfortunately unable to because it was freezing. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great location with access to many areas. Immediately at #17 and #101 freeways. Unit is looking directly at pool area and is very pleasant. Quiet home with convenient restaurants in area. Would definitely consider staying again.

Spring Training Trip
A friend and I stayed at this property for a long weekend of watching spring training games. The property is part of a condo community, and it is very safe and quiet. The property was in excellent shape and we really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was no cable or satellite TV, but that was just a small issue. Highly recommend this property if you are staying in Phoenix.
