Your relaxing AZ vacation awaits in this 4 bdrm home in the highly desirable Kierland Scottsdale area. Open floorplan with plenty of space for family and friends to get together and make lasting memories. Fully stocked kitchen, full laundry in home, and comfy beds make this is a great place call home for the weekend or an extended stay. Backyard features covered patio and sparkling pool. Prime location near top Scottsdale events, shopping and dining. .

Bedrooms all feature memory foam mattresses for a good nights sleep!

Backyard oasis with large covered patio, misters to cool off in the summer, and a sparkling pool with heating option.

Quiet residential neighborhood which makes it the perfect place to get away and relax.

Great location just minutes to Scottsdale Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter. Some of the top Scottsdale events like Barrett Jackson and Waste Management Open in close proximity.

Guest access
You have access to the entire space. All rooms, garage, backyard, and pool.

Other things to note
The charge for heating the pool is $50 a night. You'll want to communicate in advance if you would like the pool heated and for which nights. The $50 per day fee will be through the resolution center.

The charge for pets is $200 per stay. Please let me know ahead of time so I can give a heads up to our cleaning crew and add the fee through the resolution center.

Not a party house! No loud or disruptive behavior will be tolerated. Neighbors must be respected at all times.

Please note upon successful booking confirmation you will be sent a link to complete your occupancy forms and safety notice which is now required by the City of Scottsdale for short term rentals. We have created an online platform to make this process as easy as possible.
