This single-level, ground-floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has both a king and a queen bed, making it ideal as an executive apartment, girls' getaway, or romantic retreat. Beautifully furnished and well appointedt, the living room and dining area/breakfast bar have comfy seating, and a large, flat-screen TV. The bedrooms feature high-end linens, soft pillows, and great recessed lighting with dimmers throughout.

The kitchen is a dream with plenty of additional appliances, plenty of nice glassware, dinnerware, flatware, serving pieces, pots, pans, baking and plenty of storage. Visitors find this special kitchen ideal for entertaining especially with the granite countertops and large open dining area.

Fully secure, the design of the complex allows guests to enter directly into the kitchen from the private, single-car detached garage.

The front private patio is perfect for sipping wine with a friend or working on your laptop with our high speed WiFi.

Note: There are two townhomes of similar size --you can rent one or both for a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths! Contact owner to check availability for both at the same time. These townhomes offers a tranquil setting perfect for relaxation and close to everything one could desire. The large, beautiful community pool is a wonderful spot to enjoy on your own or for entertaining.

Biltmore Fashion Park and Scottsdale Fashion Square's easy access makes this getaway a shopper's paradise. The stay was great. The location is blocks from the 51 freeway so there is some traffic noise. The condo community was quiet and parking easy to find. Well stocked unit with everything we needed. Communication was excellent with owner and manager! Plan to stay at this property again.

Very nice, clean, condo close to everything! Quiet location with easy parking & garage. Condo was VERY well stocked with all the essentials like shampoo/conditioner, soap, paper towels, trash bags, olive oil, etc.. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the one to stay in if you are in the area
We went to enjoy a little time away from the snow, and were very impressed with the unit. Two things to know: There is a flight of stairs to enter, and the parking is a little tricky, but even us in later years managed and enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Really enjoyed the condo. Perfect size for my husband and I. Plus it was only 5 minutes away from family that we were visiting. The unit was very clean, supplied with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and communication with the owner was easy. Would definitely stay again.

As a professional who travels, it is important for me to have a clean place to stay with all the amenities of home, without having to bring a car load of stuff. Property managers were very quick to respond to my request and check in was a breeze. The big perk was having a garage with direct access to the apartment. For me when staying in Arizona is important to have. Thanks for a great experience.

Very clean and spacious. I stayed here with my parents. Markets, restaurants, and entertainment were nearby. Scottsdale, botanical gardens, hiking trails, all within a 10-20 minute drive. We drove all over Tucson, Sedona, Bisbee, condo was near all major highways. Very quiet and clean, hummingbirds in the morning.

Two-week stay in Phoenix
This condo was the perfect place for a two-week stay in Phoenix. Centrally located and well equipped this 2-bedroom unit was great. I especially liked having use of the garage during my stay. I will definitely try to book this place on my next visit.

Our stay at this property was wonderful! Great beds, a comfy recliner, and very clean. Tim was an amazing host! He allowed us to put our trailer in the garage before check-in time and followed up to make sure we got in and settled. He even called twice to see how my dad was doing. (We were in Phoenix to care for him at John C Lincoln.) Very kind and caring!!

Potential in Need of TLC
Great potential but unit needs severe deep cleaning and some basic maintenance. Dishwasher didn’t work with four day wait to repair. Unit was in need of cleaning on all fronts including dirty dishes in cupboards.

Nice property in a good location. There were a few issues: the washing machine didn't work. In all fairness it was new and the installers did not install it properly unbeknownst to the owner. She immediately called for service but they couldn't schedule anyone until the night before we left. We were able to figure it out another way. She offered to pay for a dry cleaners to do our laundry. There were a few bugs in the place but the exterminator came the next day and it was fine after that. Some other guests had taken all the kitchen towels and all the washcloths (except one). We purchased our own and took them home with us. The owner wasn't aware that they were missing. The freezer had a leak in the water line and as the water dripped into the fan casing, it froze, and the fan started making the worse noise, and so loud! You could hear it all the way into the bedroom. We had to unplug the refrigerator to defrost the freezer. to get rid of the noise, and we plugged it back in the next morning. It was ok after that for the duration of our stay. Slightly inconvenient, but we were reasonable about it. The owner reimbursed us some rent for the trouble we went through. We were there two weeks. The owner felt bad that so many things were going wrong.
