Welcome to Casa Gia, your home in the Valley of the Sun. Fully renovated in 2020, this home was carefully curated to provide comfort and quality to our guests. Come to relax and unwind by the pool, gather with friends and family in the open floor plan, or explore the nearby attractions that are minutes away from this centrally located home. During your stay you will have access to all of the amazing amenities this home has to

Whether you choose to dine at our spacious breakfast bar or with your family around the kitchen table, our elegant kitchen is the perfect place for gathering with your friends and family. baths with designer touches. The ready-for-entertainment backyard has a relaxing covered patio with a flat screen tv, a grill, sparkling pool, and a manicured landscape with mature trees & colorful plants. Looking for a relaxing night in? Grab your snacks
and cozy up while enjoying complimentary Netflix, Amazon Prime and HBO Max streaming services.

This home is equipped with all the essentials that will make this your home away from home.
We provide a pack-and-play, highchair, and changing table topper to our guests.

Please Note For Reservations Between November - April: The charge for heating the pool is $70 per night, payable up front. This is charged as a separate, optional fee. Please specify if you wish to enjoy the heated pool when booking and submit a $70/night fee using the Resolution Center and the "send money" feature upon booking or at least 5 days before check-in so we can schedule it for your stay.

We loved Casa Gia!! Great location, close uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go! The host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful! The house and pool were amazing and the amenities available at the house even better!! Casa Gia was stocked with way more than I have ever seen at a VRBO before and was greatly appreciated! We will definitely recommend Casa Gia to our friends and would love to stay again in the future!

My teenage kids and I loved this property. The pool lended to the fun as we came back each afternoon to relax and swim after sightseeing and activities. Perfect location! Close to food stores, great restaurants, the airport and more. I highly recommend this property. Jeremy was very responsive and easy to work with.

Peaceful, centrally located oasis
We loved our stay at Casa Gia. There was plenty of space for our family of four, and the open concept living/kitchen area was a cozy place to hang out. We spent time swimming everyday. The pool is beautiful, and there is a great balance of sun and shade in the backyard. The kids loved it especially. The location was great- it was a short drive to Roosevelt Row, Scottsdale, and even South Mountain. It was a quiet little street for being so centrally located. Thanks for the great stay!

We LOVED this property. Will definitely stay here again when in the Phoenix area. Not only is the home beautifully decorated but the kitchen had all of the things we needed to cook and hang as a family. Coming from Alaska, the pool was a definite perk too!

My mom and I stayed here for a week. We enjoyed this property! It is more than spacious enough for the two of us. Beautifully decorated and the pool way great for us as well! We had to contact the owner a few times and he was immediately responsive. This property is located closely to many stores, restaurants and shopping! We would stay here again if in this area!

This is our second time staying at this property. We have students at GCU and have stayed at Casa Gia twice now. Jeremy is an excellent host who is very accommodating and responsive. The home is lovely and very comfortable to stay in. The neighborhood is quiet and very conveniently located. The pool and backyard are relaxing after a long day!

The ultimate vacation home
Two families came to stay for a volleyball tournament at the convetion center. Location was super close. Great space for two families and the girls to have privacy and space. Kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies and very well organized. The hosts touches from the welcome snacks to the bathroom and pool towels made us feel welcome and very much "at home". Would definitely recommend for anyone thinking about staying here.

Fantastic, well-appointed, quiet, comfortable with all the amenities you need including kid stuff!
We stayed for a medical resident graduation with our daughter, her husband, and 2 & 4 year-old grandsons.This house was perfect in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was excellent, the beds top-notch, kitchen well equipped, and decor modern and artistic. There was kid equipment including a crib, sound machine, changing cushion, toys, and kid’s dishes. We had a relaxing, fun, 3 day vacation and would stay here again most definitely.

My coworkers and I were in town for a conference and this was a great stay. The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The neighborhood is nice, very close to a lot of shops and restaurants, and is easily accessible to the freeway to get downtown. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful oasis in Arizona
This house is an oasis in the Arizona dessert. The house not only matches the pictures provided in the listing, but actually is much better!
