Brand New Remodel in Old Town Scottsdale! Sleeps 15 people with 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and 2 master suites + 2 living rooms! The Backyard is a great place to hang out with privacy, pool, BBQ and turf! We have everything you need in this gorgeous kitchen to cook for everyone, including large table and Island with seating for everyone! This is a GREAT location if you are looking to spend time in Old Town Scottsdale, its a 5 minute Uber/Lyft! TPT#21347220

Perfect House for Scottsdale
This house was in the perfect location! The pool was great to have, grocery was close, and Ubers were super cheap. The house itself was very clean I was impressed! It was stocked with lots of things that most rentals don’t have. Stephany was super nice with check in and check out process when our plane was delayed for 4 hours. We appreciated the extra effort! Thank you! Will definitely recommend her properties to anyone coming in the area

Can we move in?
I booked the house for a long weekend trip with some girl friends and it was perfect for us! The house is cute, has nice furniture and appliances, and very clean. We also thought the backyard was great and much bigger than it appears in pictures! I have also never booked another vacation home property that is as well stocked as this house. Generally, with a large group we have to make at least one extra trip to restock basic necessities like paper towels or to pick up kitchen tools, but not here! The kitchen had everything you could need and the pantry was also stocked with basic spices and other extra necessities. Stephany, our host, was also super attentive, helpful, and easy to reach. 10/10 I would stay here again!!

Girls Trip
This spot was perfect for our girls trip! It is very stylish and has the perfect outdoor pool area. They really thought of everything and had plenty of dishware, towels, etc to accommodate our large group. Stephany was very responsive when we had questions and they were very accommodating to adding on another night and late checkout. Definitely recommend!

Exceeded our expectations!
The house itself completely exceeded our expectations. It was so beautifully decorated and clean, with lots of room for our group of 7. The backyard was our favourite place to hang out, but the two living rooms were awesome as well. The house was stocked with all the essentials we could need for our trip, and the host Stephany was amazing in accomodating a request we had. All communication was so friendly and efficient and the check-in and check-out processes were seamless. We can't wait to come back, and will absolutely be referring our friends visiting AZ to Stephany's properties!

Perfect!
Had such a great time staying at this location! I didn’t need to reach out to Stephany during our stay but she was quick to respond to any message I sent prior. The house is an easy walk to a grocery store with a Starbucks and a lot of the restaurants and bars! A 15 minute Uber/Lyft to almost anything we needed to get to. Thank you!!

ONE OF THE BEST FAMILY VACATIONS WE'VE HAD
Our vacation was tremendously enhanced by choosing this property for our stay. The attention to functional design is a bonus to anyone staying in this beautiful home. There are multiple spaces for lounging. 2 large living areas, a large dining table for dining/game playing and a huge fenced in space outdoors with pool, dining area and large turf area including cornhole and a hangout space which was a safe play space for our 16 month old grandson. Sleeping accommodations were also ideal. One area of the home is isolated and quiet for parents with babies awakening early. The bedroom also has an ensuite bath. The lounge in this area accommodates early risers keeping noise away from those who want to sleep in. The main area of kitchen, dining and living area is spacious with a large table for dining and game playing. Another bathroom services the 2 other bedrooms. This property is also a great location from the airport and the zoo, aquarium, top golf and many hiking trails. All being just a 20 away from this house. Also, just a 20 min walk to Old Scottsdale and many restaurants. Local grocery stores are within a 5-10 min drive. We feel blessed to have found this property.

Bachelorette Party Dream House
We stayed here for my Bachelorette Party and it was nothing short of amazing! The house slept 10 very comfortably and could even accommodate a few more with sleeping on pullout bed couches. The photos do not do the house justice when it comes to size. It felt larger than the images show. Decorated very well especially considering we had 4 interior designers in our group. The pool was perfect temperature and even came with floats for all your bachelorette / girls weekend needs. There was some confusion with check in and the door code but Stephany responded immediately and we were able to get in easily from there. A short Uber to most bars and restaurants. Walking distance to grocery store and Starbucks. If you are considering staying here, book it now. You won't regret it!!

Great house, location, and stay
Our family with two toddlers had a great stay in this home. The house is clean and as advertised in the pictures. The backyard is spacious with a nice gate before getting to pool (peace of mind with kids) and the grass patch is perfect for running around. The location is hard to beat with both easy access to downtown Scottsdale and to the freeway connecting you around the city. Lastly, the host is very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and Responsive!
We rented this home for my bachelorette party for 10 people and it was perfect! Stephany was incredibly responsive both before and during our trip. The home itself is new and also very clean. The pool and backyard area are very spacious. They had complementary shampoo/conditioner for each of the showers and really nice towels! The location is great and is practically 10 minutes to everything and very close to stores should you need to grab something. Oh, and the beds were so comfy! I’d recommend this home to anyone looking for a place with a larger group.

This house was a great place to gather for my friends bachelorette. Pros: No house keys, so different groups can come and go from the house using the house code. Clean, well taken care of house with most amenities provided. Comfy beds, seating areas and a big table/eating area. Cons: If you go during colder months, having the pool heated can be an additional cost No screens on the house windows, so bugs or flies can follow you in. The host was responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Stephany was a great host! The property was recently renovated and had ample room for a bachelor party of 14. The property was clean upon arrival, and location was a short uber away from old town. The only detractor was the pool wasn’t as warm as expected. However, it was a minor detail and we would definitely stay here again.
