Beautiful Modern Home Fully Upgraded!

Very modern house upgraded to the max. The house is about 1,700 sf with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master has a King size bed and the other bedrooms are Queen. The house has a beautiful backyard with a big bar, lights, bbq, pool and Spa. The pool isn't heated but the Spa more than makes up for it.

The house is in a beautiful area, there is a community park with a track, soccer field and basketball courts. The house is very private which is perfect for relaxing. Shopping malls, restaurants, gyms, theaters and freeway are all within 1 to 2 mile radius.

Everything you need is very close which makes things convenient.

Perfect Oasis
Loved our stay in this clean & beautiful home. The beds were comfy, the backyard was fantastic, the kitchen was very well supplied, and the owner was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. We hope to stay here again in the future. No complaints!!!

Great stay in east Mesa
This is a great location for a couple or family to stay in east Mesa. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, but still close to everything you need including restaurants, stores, hiking, etc. Jose is a great host who maintains a nice house and was available every time we had a question.

We needed a place to just hangout with some friends to celebrate a birthday and this place was just perfect, Pool, jacuzzi, grill, surround system. Jose was really professional and communicative as well. Would not hesitate to book with him in the future.

Awesome AZ Rental
We stayed with our three boys for a week of Spring Training games. Home is very clean and comfortable. Beds are amazing, master suite is so nice, and the backyard is very private and well kept. The hot tub, outdoor television and fire table made it an awesome place to hang out. Location is ideal in a quiet neighborhood with a park just a short walk away. Super easy access to shopping and restaurants, as well as the freeway. Would definitely recommend!!

The house is very pretty. The back yard needs grass instead of dirt. There are cameras everywhere
We enjoyed the pool and spa and very nice party style patio. The kitchen is laid out very nicely, with minimal dish's. Fortunately we brought a lot of our own, including paper goods and silverware. Also brought our own skillets and griddle for the BBQ. The beds are very comfortable. And the fan in the master is great. It would have been nice to have green grass in the backyard instead of dirt for some outdoor games we played. And the dirt under the beds was excessive. Lots of good night time lighting. However the active cameras were very unnerving. We felt the eye in the sky watching our every move. We felt a bit violated outside and wondered how many hidden cameras could be inside. We have never experienced that before in a VRBO. It's sad really to not "feel private" and that should be included with the rent
