This unit is a very spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bath townhome - on 1 level and no stairs! 1 king bedroom and 1 queen bedroom. It is truly great for families and couples in a safe and quiet neighborhood looking to escape to a warmer climate and experience what the desert has to offer. It has 2 separate bedroom and bathrooms - great for 2 couples. It has a nice sized backyard for dogs, and a patio for BBQ's and relaxing in the evening. The home has lots of natural skylight lighting and this home is very spacious and comfortable. There is laundry inside - washer/dryer. The HEATED community pool and hot tub are a short walk away. The unit is well equipped with all the essentials; linens, towels, pillows, kitchen dishes and utensils, coffee maker, toaster, ironing board/iron, microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove, refrigerator, etc. Satellite and internet provided.

This home is located near the Superstition Mountains and Red Mountain areas. Close to hiking and trails, golf, lakes, parks, shopping, freeways, and about 25 minutes from Sky harbor Airport and Gateway Airports. There is a multi-generational facility within walking distance as well. The library is about a 5 minute drive.

Stayed her for our daughter’s state swim meet. The house was very clean and comfortable. Close to the grocery store and everything we needed. Would recommend.

Unexpected pleasure
To be honest, when we drove into the neighborhood we thought the home was going to be dated and old…. Upon opening the door we were very pleased to see a lovely, remodeled home with very modern amenities… The layout is great and the kitchen is fabulous… The home was extremely clean and the appliances looked new. We highly recommend this home for a great stay..!!!

Beautiful Condo!
My adult son has always wanted to visit Arizona, particularly Mesa, so we went for our very first mother/son vacation. The condo was awesome and fit our needs perfectly! It was very clean and located in a perfect area in a nice quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend renting this condo, and will do so again when we return someday.

Great Stay
Very clean and comfortable in an excellent location. We enjoyed the heated pool and I liked walking around the nearby park and to the local Safeway for groceries and Starbucks. We hope to return.

Perfect Condo!
Perfect condo and location for us, just as described, clean and quiet. Enjoyed the pool area (hopefully the association will be getting more pool chairs though) and everything about the condo and back patio. Enjoyed all the kitchen utensils and extra small appliances the condo had, made cooking our own food super easy!

The Mesa area was the perfect location for a family getaway. This home checked off all the boxes! The pool was fantastic. Warmest water ever in February! Ease of commuting the city and navigating to and from the airport. Can’t wait to rebook again!

Baby Shower Weekend
We drove from California to stay for three nights to give a baby shower. The place was great! My friend and I both had our own rooms and bathrooms. I went swimming in the pool and it was wonderful. The townhouse was wonderfully stocked and very comfortable. Our hostess got back to us immediately and was very nice. Thank you so much! 😊

Very comfortable recliners and beds. Plenty of the necessaries were provided. A beautiful, quiet street 2 minutes from restaurants, groceries, gas. Also very close to The Superstition Mountains! We had a great time!

Two weeks of Resort Living!
The rental was impeccably clean, newly remodeled, and completely furnished with all your needs! The back patio was relaxing and spacious. The reclining chairs/sofa in the living room made it so comfortable to watch movies. The kitchen was gorgeous with a large granite countertop for food prep and serving! The washer and dryer looked brand new and worked well! The beds very comfortable. Bathrooms lovely. Lots of closet and drawer space. The pool and hot tub were so clean and refreshing! We could live here year round. We loved the open concept and it made for a wonderful family reunion.

Great Roomy Townhouse
The property was very roomy. We especially liked the location because it was easy accessing the 202. Nieghborhood was quiet. Kitchen well stocked, lovely back patio with great grill and comfortable patio table/chairs. The owner was very responsive and promptly communicated with us when we needed her to. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our stay. The unit was well equipped and very clean. The private outdoor patio was very enjoyable for relaxing outside if you don’t feel like hanging at the pool. You won’t regret choosing this condo and Deanna was very responsive to any questions.

This property was excellent and for a 12 night stay afforded us the comforts of home. Roomy, comfortable, clean, quiet and safe. Host was quick to respond to my one question and the guest book provided all the necessary information and more, from check in to checkout. The option to park the car in the garage was nice. Townhouse was quiet and well equipped. Lovely back patio with grill. Comfortable beds. Nice pool and quiet safe neighborhood. Third bedroom is very small and windowless, which didn’t affect our stay, but should probably be noted in description/ photos. Property manager responsive and helpful.

Wonderful property
The owner was so responsive to all of my communications. The townhome was lovely. Definitely the best stocked property I’ve ever stayed in. Neighborhood was quiet. Pool was very nice and heated! Beds were comfortable. The only additional thing we’d have liked is handicap bars in shower areas as we were an older group. Highly recommend!!!
