Beautiful back yard with new hot tub, gas fire pit and beautiful water feature.

Beautiful home next to the Estrella Mountains, gorgeous backyard which includes new hot tub, gas fire pit, putting green, pond with waterfall and large patio. Walk across the street to Troon Estrella golf course. Hiking/biking trails less than 100 yards from property. 10 minutes to Goodyear baseball park where the Guardians and Reds play spring ball.

"THE BACKYARD IS ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!!!!!!! We spent hours and hours out there. The time, money, and effort put into your backyard really shows. It’s beautiful! I think every time I walked around the yard I saw something different. Interesting and gorgeous.
The hot tub was simply awesome!
You provided lots of towels and wash cloths!
The laundry amenity was great!
The couch/tv area was super comfortable and welcoming.
The walk in closet in the master bedroom was wonderful!
Your floors are beautiful!
Both bathrooms are very nice – spacious and super functional.
I didn’t have time to use the workout room, but it appeared very nice.
We had several guests for dinner one night, so the large dining table worked out very well.
Having a BBQ grill was great! "

private and sizable house
Good location, excellent house, roominess, large yard, good hot tub, and a well-intentioned, but distant host. The 2nd bedroom had disturbing bedspring noises, and the dishware supply, cleaning tools, and cleanliness were below our higher expectations. Operation instructions for the TV's, dishwasher, and hot tub were awkward.

The pictures don’t do it justice!
The house was much bigger than we thought. Super backyard for us and our dog. Nicely furnished and kitchen is well supplied. Close to a number of hiking trails. 2 lakes close by that are great to walk around. Public golf course 6 blocks away. Can’t say enough how nice Marty and Michelle the owners are! We hope to be back. Thank You!

Lovely Oasis
Roomy, extraordinary back yard landscaping, nice hot tub, large dining table if you're having guests over, lots of towels, could use more pots, pans and utensils, great to have a grill on back patio, putting green is nice. Overall a great stay and a good host!
