Our location is exceptional - walk to so much right from your front door: the Waldorf Astoria Biltmore resort, groceries, luxury shops, Starbucks & many award-winning restaurants, or a stroll around the Golf Course - all within minutes or less. Biking, hiking or a run in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve is merely a moment away. Our comfortable yet elegant furniture awaits in this fresh & sparkling very private condo (with easy elevator access) on the top (4th ) Floor with stunning views over the lovely inner courtyard, fountain & out to the Phoenix Mountains. Wonderful Privacy! For easy access, the elevator takes you directly to your floor & directly down to the parking arcade/garage to your assigned space so stairs are always optional.

We had a wonderful vacation staying at this condo! The condo itself is beautiful and sparkling clean, and has every amenity you could need. The property is very nice and the pool was lovely and so quiet and relaxing. The location is very convenient and close to many great restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!!

Our party of 4 enjoyed our stay! The condo was not only clean and comfortable but was beautifully decorated with a Mountain View. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the laundry room was convenient. We loved our stay and hope to stay again!

Beautiful, comfortable and clean condo unit and complex. Description of the unit and communication from the owner were excellent. Great parking and many amenities were within walking distance. It did not take long for me to feel at home in this condo.

Concert and family visit.
We had an excellent stay at this property. It was centrally located which made getting around the city seem quick and easy. The location is next to a Safeway, Starbucks, and a few restaurants which was very convenient. Paula was great to deal with and was quick to respond to any questions that we had. There was a pipe issue and Paula was so wonderful. She covered 2 hotel rooms for our group without hesitation and was very proactive throughout the process. The area was ideal and we will definitely choose Paula simply for the peace of mind that Paula brings.

The home itself was tastefully decorated and Paula, the host, had everything one would want in small kitchen appliances, towels and even toiletries. Gated community and garage parking spot. Perfect!
A spotless, lovely and very well-appointed condo in a quiet gated complex, near all the amenities of the Biltmore AZ area. Paula (owner) was fantastic to work with and everything is well organized with clear instructions. We enjoyed the balcony in the evenings, and the pool and jacuzzi area were also wonderful. We would definitely stay again, and I hope we can return one day soon!.

We had a warm welcome from the owner the day we arrived. The apartment is nicely furnished and has all things you need for a comfortable stay, including coffee. The location provides easy access to Phoenix and Scottsdale. There is a grocery around the corner and several places for food and drinks. The property is near a golf course and a nice neighborhood where you can go for long relaxing walks

The condo was beautiful. View was great. Loved how quiet it was all the time. Parking was easy and the place was safe and secure. Communication was easy & seamless. I had asked to add on and she accommodated very well. Had a small problem with AC, reported as soon as we realized. Fixed quickly and then was compensated a night. So very nice. Excellent all around!! Would love to visit and stay again.

Beautiful condo
The condo is beautiful with 2 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, such a plus because our son was able to join us on the trip. We came to drop our daughter off to college and although the condo is not as close to the school as I thought, it was only a 15 minute drive. We visited during a time when it was over 115 every day so to have the extra space to relax before going out to brave the heat was perfect. Much better than a hotel! We all enjoyed the condo, had some great meals next door at the Collins and were pleased to find Safeway so close! We loved the gated security of the complex and will definitely look to stay here again.

Excellent Accommodation
My sister and I took this trip to check a few places off of our bucket lists. The condo was beautiful and well equipped, comfortable, and a great location. We used it as our 'hub' as we drove up to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, a brief drive on Route 66. We visited family in Mesa and friends in Glendale. The condo is in a beautiful area...close to everything we could possibly need. We could see a mountain from our deck, and took excellent pictures of the gorgeous sunsets from the front. Paula provided us with excellent instruction for gaining access through the security gate, parking, and condo. We felt secure while we were there. She was responsive to any questions we had. Thanks Paula, for helping to make this trip a memorable one!
