Wonderful place
Overall, it was a wonderful place. Very comfy and mostly well appointed. We had some people over for a luncheon and the size was perfect. The outdoor space was really nice and we really enjoyed our stay. My minor “complaint”, was that there were no dish towels. Just some constructive feedback for the owner is to have some tea towels. It’s hard to wash dishes and clean up after you cooked when you can’t dry your hands when we come back to visit our daughter at ASU, we will certainly look to stay here again.

Very comfortable and felt like an oasis. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Hot tub was really nice!! Had trouble connecting to the WiFi, and no reply on the host app. Would stay here again.

House was great. Went to Yarnell to hike to the firefighter memorial and there was snow. Went to Tombstone for the day and it snowed. The weather surprised us, but the house was just what we expected.

We had a great stay at Awe-Inspiring Arizona Getaway w/ Backyard Oasis. Everything was as advertised. The family really enjoyed our time there. We will definitely be back when the pool isn't so cold. But we did enjoy the hot tub in the evenings. Found a couple of local restaurants that were quite good as well. Thanks, Glenn

House was perfect for what we needed. Only downfalls we’re non heated pool which was not stated in the listing, the pool is 90% covered by shade during peak swim so with a non heated pool and not being at the peak of summer you will be cold. Knowing this now we would not book again as a pool was the main attraction for my family and because of the cold water and shade we did not go in very much. Keep that in mind when booking. Next time we will find a heated pool and pay fees because it’s worth it.

This was our first time in Phoenix and our first VRBO. The home we stayed in was just as described. It was so clean, well decorated and well stocked with all of our basic necessities. The backyard had everything we needed to spend quality time together and enjoy peace and quiet. The pool was pretty chilly, but expected for this time of year, but was very clean and well kept. The hot tub was great and the lawn and lawn games provided lots of entertainment. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe and within walking distance to groceries, fuel and restaurants. The host was very easy to reach and had timely responses to questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Property
The house and yard are well cared for with plenty of space for a group of four to six. The pool was beautiful but unheated. I had asked the property management about this a month ahead of time with multiple emails and no answer until after we were there. The actual property owner, once introduced to us, was prompt with all communication. The hot tub was an appreciated feature in lieu of the pool (make sure you heat it higher than you'd expect to actually get it hot) but not quite the same for my swim loving kids. Lessons learned on my part in coming to Arizona in the Spring. The wifi worked perfectly for the online work I needed to do and the TVs had free shows as well ability to log in to the usual Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc. Kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils and other guests left coffee in a pay it forward style to which we added. Propane refills for grill or heater are on your own. Great little wood fire pit and tiki torches! Thanks to Brandon for a lovely stay.

Nice home for a little get away
The home was nice and in a convenient location. The home seemed bigger in the pictures but had plenty of room for 5 individuals. The backyard was beautiful and the hot tub was a nice amenity. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and they do not heat the pool so it was pretty much unusable as the water was 57 degrees.

My wife and I and our friends travel to Phoenix every year for golf and hiking. The house is nice good location good communication with Brandon. The pool was not heated and therefore unusable there was no propane for the patio heater or grill. All in all is was adequate. We have had a better experience at other VrBos we asked for some items that were missing and there was no follow up.

We enjoyed a lovely long weekend at the property and it was a perfect getaway space. The beautiful backyard was a quiet oasis to relax and soak up the sun and enjoy the hot tub during the cool evenings. The location is close to shopping and dining. It was the perfect spot!
