The home is nestled near the Superstition Mountain Range with views of Dinosaur Mountain. This beautiful home is newly furnished and its open floor plan is bright and spacious. The 2550-square foot luxurious abode awaits 10 lucky guests so book today!

THE LOCATION

This location is absolutely perfect so when you are not relaxing by the pool venture out to explore this beautiful area.

Truly a golfer's paradise with Gold Canyon's Golf Course being rated one of the top in Arizona. Featuring Dinosaur Mountain and Sidewinder Golf Course. However, you are not limited to these two because they are too many to even list. Enjoy and have a great round of golf!

There is fantastic hiking, biking, horse back riding and ATV trails just miles from this home.

Maybe Shopping is your thing:) If so you have traveled to the right place with endless shopping options close at hand. One of our favorite outdoor shopping mall is San Tan Village and it is only 25 miles away.

The location of this home is perfect. You are just far enough away to give you the retreat you need however only 35 minutes from Phoenix Airport and various other attractions. Take in Spring Training Baseball at one of the many stadiums in the area. Check out the Barrett - Jackson Car Auction or Renaissance Festival.


When your outings are done for the day Relax, Refresh, Rehydrate and Rejuvenate around the pool or have a swim. The pool has an option to heat, if you are interested for $20 a day and the pool would be heated to 86. Simply request the heated pool is you desire.
You will find the sunsets sensational from the western patios of this home

Perfect spot for a family. We were able to gather everyone with plenty of room, and the main attraction was the swimming, pool and eating! The barbecue was available. Everything ran well in the home.

Beautiful home - wonderful host
We rented this beautiful home for family for Christmas week. There was even a small Christmas tree set up for their arrival. They absolutely loved it, and did not want to go home! They loved the pool and said the beds were incredibly comfortable. The host was very responsive to questions, and check in was a breeze. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Our group of four adults and four kids under 10 stayed here. It was perfect for us! Very clean and well stocked. We made almost all of our meals in the well-supplies kitchen. My toddler was very appreciative of the kids books and toys. And the pool was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking.

Great house for long-term stay
We usually go to Fl for the cool months and this year we decided to go west! The house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked, plenty of towels including pool towels and comfortable furniture. The master bed wasn’t that great but everything else made up for it! The area is close to lots of great hiking and the view out of the back is stunning. Great house for a family or group.

Our accommodations in the Gold Canyon/Phoenix residence exceeded or expectations. The house was exactly as described and represented in the photos. The condition of the house was excellent with comfortable and current furnishings and linens, clean everything, quiet inside and outside and a helpful, responsive host. The house and neighborhood were perfect. The owner was too. But I do not recommend it for a group of teenagers. The community seemed to be 55+. We were in town for a baseball tournament.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in June 2023. The home and private pool are very nice. It's about a 35 minute drive from the airport, mostly interstate. Located in a quiet neighborhood with amazing mountain views and peaceful sunsets. The pool is shaded in the morning and sun filled around mid-day to sunset. From check in to check out this was a great experience. We will definitely be back to this VRBO!

Beyond fabulous place to stay! We’ve stayed at numerous VRBO’s and this place quickly was dubbed “the favorite” by all! College gals reunion and all wanted their own room, which is difficult to find. 4 spacious bedrooms and one “loft” kept all happy and comfortable! The pool and backyard area is unbelievable with great views, pool toys, grill, etc. The house was well stocked with the basics, and other guests had left things behind to “share.” Jane, the Host, was quick to respond with small requests. Would highly recommend this location—-(I hope it’s available!) as we will be back!

Great Holiday in Gold Canyon
Jane was amazing & the house was too. The listing is perfectly accurate, the house is clean & well-stocked. We stayed for Christmas so there was a tree, all lit up for us - so great! The pool was fantastic, clean, and heated to the perfect temperature. The neighborhood is quiet and the views of the sunrise and sunset are great. The neighborhood is great for walking/running and trails are within two miles for hiking. Clear instructions were included for easy checkout. Thank you Jane for a great holiday family vacation!

This is a very clean pretty home with a pool. Well appointed with games, a high chair, and loads of linens and towels. Thanks for having a few essentials in the fridge and pantry. Four bedrooms all with king beds— very nice!
