Our gated luxury two-bedroom condominium is situated on the third floor of a four-story building equipped with an elevator. Enjoy one of the 6 heated pool areas with hot tub and ample green space. You can savor your morning coffee or enjoy an evening beverage on your peaceful private patio. Patio overlooks large grassy area and pool with waterfall. This in the 3rd of 4 floor in a concrete building (quiet). There is an elevator to get to unit. The property is conveniently located next to Stonecreek Golf Course and features a brand-new fitness center within the main clubhouse.

To enhance your experience, all utilities, cable television (which includes a comprehensive sports package), and high-speed wireless internet are provided at no extra cost. The living room is furnished, featuring a spacious couch and chair, along with a 60-inch smart flat-screen TV that offers full HD digital cable. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized Tempur-Pedic bed and boasts a large walk-in closet. It also includes a separate desk area and a 32-inch LED TV. The second bedroom contains a full-sized bed, and for additional guests or children, a queen-sized air mattress is available for setup in the living room. The unit features new tile and carpeting throughout, as well as a marble shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, including a stainless steel full-sized oven, a four-burner electric cooktop, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, dishes, cookware, utensils, glasses, cups, cutlery, and much more. The dining area has a large table with seating for six. Additionally, it is just a two-minute walk to Target, Whole Foods, and Aldi, or a quick two-minute drive to various other grocery stores.

15 minutes from airport, 10 minutes to Old town Scottsdale, 5 minutes to Kirkland commons. Lots of golf close including the Stonecreek golf course than the complex is situated on. I'm am the Owner/manager and I live locally. Please feel free to ask any question or book.
