Welcome to our home. This beautiful 7-bedroom 6-bathroom home is located in Central Scottsdale with convenient access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
A complete remodel; everything is brand new and ready for you to enjoy your vacation. Enter through the wrought iron front door into the large, open floor plan that flows from the living and dining areas into the kitchen. The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating situated around the 70" wall mounted Smart TV. Two dining tables and barstools around the large kitchen island offer plenty of seating options when cooking and entertaining. The kitchen has all the necessities you need including a double door refrigerator, toaster, blender, and a duo Keurig/coffee pot.

Bedroom Configuration:

Bedroom #1: King bed with ensuite. The master suite opens into the backyard with a seating area. Attached is an opulent bathroom with double vanity, walk-in, double rainforest shower, and a spacious closet.
Bedroom #2: King bed with large double closets.

Bedroom #3: King bed with ensuite. Attached double vanity with a bathtub and rainforest shower.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

Better Than Expected
We stayed here for a guys golf trip and it exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and had a great layout. Communication with the property management was easy and we received prompt service. Will be looking to sray here again un the future.

Nothing short of amazing!
My family and I recently enjoyed a fantastic vacation in Scottsdale, Arizona, where we stayed in a house that exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home and quickly realized we never wanted to leave. The house was even more impressive in person than in the pictures—beautifully maintained and incredibly comfortable especially the beds. The layout was perfect for our needs. We could relax on the patio while keeping an eye on the kids swimming in the pool, and the indoor living spaces were spacious and inviting. With amenities like a fantastic pool, a fun mini-golf area, and a well-designed interior, there truly was something for everyone. I would absolutely recommend this place without hesitation.

The kids didn't stop playing from the time they woke up until they passed out at night.....amazing slide structure in pool, fun hot tub, movie theater and pool table was amazing during the heat of the day. The H&H team was so easy to work with and helped coordinate a private chef to come in and cook for us one night which was so cool! We were told that the casita is new and it was great for the adults. Great bar that opens to the pool was perfect to sit in shade and have a drink while being able to watch the kids in the pool. Thank you so much, we will return!!!

Family getaway
My wife and I decided to take a quick trip with our three boys (ages7,5,4) and this place was perfect. Check in was easy, we got in late as our flight was late and the snacks they provide kept our boys from having melt downs. House was clean, comfortable beds, movie theater rocked etc..but the pool was were it was at. I think they went up the stairs for the slide and the two jump cliffs probably 100 times the first night! Also the location is great as it’s close to whatever you need! Highly recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home but not worth the rate. Far too much work still needs to be done for it to be worth the nightly price. Entire sitting/TV area by pool does not work. Ceiling fans outside and inside house (with exception of living room) do not work. Theater room never cooled down below 85 degrees to enjoy. Showers and sinks back up and toilets will not flush until they are all completely drained (us and our guests couldn't flush for over 30 minutes). Pool instructions do not match actual controls so figuring out how to turn slide back on (it's also preset to turn off) took about 45 minutes. Thermostats inside home reset themself back to 78 degrees at 11:30 PM and 6:30 AM so none of us had a good nights sleep, working ceiling fans probably would have made it a little cooler to sleep. Outdoor fireplace not hooked up for use (not the end of the world since it was so hot but warning others that may book in the fall). I sent all the info to property manager and they just apologized for "hiccups"... No offer to reduce the substantial amount we paid for a house NOT in working order. Pool is very, very nice (once you download actual instructions from pool controls website, don't bother with instructions in the app provided for house). Great location, clean home, fabulous pool (if you can figure out how to turn it back on), but it's a total scam until they can get this place fixed.

Man! What a time! If you are looking for a stay for 16-20 people this place is perfect! The pool was amazing and a hit with all the guys. I definitely suggest paying the extra money to have it heated if your weather is below 70 degrees. We had an issue with the grill and contacted the team and they had us a new grill within 20 minutes. INCREDIBLE! Highly suggest this VRBO.
