This newly renovated home is the perfect place to stay with friends and family. Walk through the front doors to the brand-new red pool table in the center of the living area. With a dining room that sits 8, you have the perfect table to enjoy home-cooked meals.
Step into the kitchen with LG appliances and dual ovens. There is plenty of counter space to prepare meals on. Double-door fridge with a pull-out freezer drawer on the bottom. Dual Keurig/Drip Coffee maker to start your day with a cup of coffee. 8 barstools situated around the large Formica kitchen island. This kitchen is fully stocked with the essential kitchen utensils for your stay.
The den, in the same open floor plan as the kitchen, offers a large sectional to lounge around and watch your favorite sports games with friends. A Frigidaire washer and dryer are on site in this property, with a half bathroom located off of the laundry room.
Backyard: This large backyard has plenty of seating and a pool with a water feature. There's a grill for you to cook out on! Enjoy the Arizona sun lounging around the pool.
Master Bedroom: This King bed ensuite features a wall-mounted Smart LG TV, private access to the backyard, and a newly renovated walk-in shower with dual shower heads. His and her sinks and a stool located at the vanity make getting ready in the mornings a breeze—a private toilet room.
Bed 2: Queen bedroom with two nightstands and a closet.
Bed 3: Large King bedroom with Samsung Smart TV, two nightstands, and a closet.
Bed 4: Full and twin bedroom makes this room perfect for kids. There is a private TV in this bedroom with a dresser to store your belongings in.
There is a full bathroom located in the hallway that the three bedrooms share. The bathroom features a his and her sink and a shower/tub combo with dual shower heads.
There is a charge for early check-in and late check-out. This has to be approved by management first.
Pool and Spa heat is optional and will be an additional charge of $100 per day, charged for the entire duration of the stay. The spa is not complimentarily heated.
Upon booking, we require all our guests to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure. Unable to comply would mean cancellation of your reservation.
Management will review and assess each reservation. We reserve the right to charge a fully refundable security deposit of $1000 if necessary. The security deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents that the renter is liable for.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.
