Enjoy the luxury of PebbleCreek's renowned amenities, including golf courses, a clubhouse with a patio overlooking the greens, a theater , ballroom, restaurants, tennis and 36 pickleball courts, gyms, and both indoor and outdoor pools. You’ll also have access to concerts and a variety of social activities, all within this gated community for residents aged 55 and over.

The home's location is perfect, with shopping, restaurants, shopping just minutes away. You’ll also find several hospitals and clinics nearby in Goodyear, ensuring peace of mind during your stay.
