"This little garden house just through the greenhouse was perfect for my husband & I. We stayed for 2 nights to attend a concert @ Ulster Performing Arts Center. Comfy furniture & well-stocked with towels, bedding, dishes, utensils, etc. We used the hot tub one night as well, which was really nice. "

"Loved staying at this property tucked away in Mt. Tremper. Walking distance to some great restaurants, the Zen buddhist monastery and good access to wifi. My dog also had a great time walking nearby. I wasn't sure where to dispose of my dog bags, but other than that, a perfect stay."

"This location for me was exactly what was needed. Close enough to downtown Woodstock but remote and quiet with a tremendous view. Very clean and comfortable lodging. Helped me immensely to disconnect for a few days. Highly recommend "

"I loved everything about this place ! The room the giraffe house it’s so gorgeous ! Sean the man who takes care of and manages the property is so knowledgeable. He gave my boyfriend and I a tour around the whole property with his goats and when I tell you this man knows the property HE KNOWS THE PROPERTY & history of the area. The experience wouldn’t have been the same with out him. "

The room was smaller than I originally thought, but it was extremely cozy and warm with all the nice amenities inside. We loved all the nice decoration and historical feeling the room has to offer. "Very poor customer service! The owner wasn't friendly and helpful. I understand we are going through difficult times but if you don't know how to deal with the stress of the situation then close your business. I asked for hot water in a paper cup for a medication. The owner made a fuss about it. The TV in the room wasn't working the owner got frustrated after he found out. Go someplace else where they would appreciate your business."

"We had a lovely stay relaxing in the hot tub and by the fire place. As other reviews have noted, the location listed on Vrbo is about 5 miles from the location. But still convenient to Phoenicia and nearby hiking. The host was very responsive and all communications were clear. "

"Cozy stay. House was inviting. All essentials provided. Stayed with friends and enjoyed a weekend of skiing at Belleayre. While we could have made a dinner, we opted for the Phoenicia dinner, which did not disappoint. Fast and fantastic! Definitely recommend. "
