"Very friendly staff and property was in a good location. Room service daily and always left the room very clean. If I visit Roi Et again I will use this hotel."

"The old girl is in need of a facelift. She barely survived covid and is operating with a skeleton staff. Drywall repairs that were done 5 years ago when we last visited still have not been taped and mudded. Carpets are getting pretty rank as well. But, since she's the only hotel in Kalasin with a swimming pool, we will continue to book. (We have relatives in town). The staff that is still employed are very good."
