"We were made aware promptly by Yenny of an unfortunate cleaner accident which slowed down our checking in till later in the day but this didnt really matter to us, because we were visiting a friend living nearby. It was an excellent, centrally located cottage which had extremely comfortable beds and all that we required including childrens toys for the duration of our stay from the Monday to Friday. And we were out most days visiting Ventnor beach, penguins 1st night, the Koala Conservation...
