Students: If your group includes university or high school students.
Last-Minute Bookings: If your check-in date is within 5 days of booking.

Total number of guests visiting the property (whether staying overnight or not).
Failure to contact us prior to booking, as described above, may result in a cancellation request under Airbnb’s Instant Book Policy if we feel uncomfortable with the reservation.
