On-Street Parking
Philadelphia has thousands of metered spots throughout the city, perfect if you only plan to park for an hour or two.
For paid long-term parking, we'd be happy to share options with you once you book.
For moving around, you'll also find several bus stops, bike ride-sharing stations, and subway stations.
Otherwise, we recommend moving around the city using Uber or Lyft - its fairly affordable!

- The roof-deck is available to use 24/7
- Extra cleaning services can be requested during your stay for an additional fee
- Pets are welcome for a $25/night per cleaning fee (capped at $250/month)
- A $250 deposit may be collected before check-in, and ID collection/waiver may be required. Reservation are not eligible for refunds if these steps are not completed
