Aweful, could not access the room upon arrival due to a tech issue with their login system. There is literally no staff on the property to assist and I had to contact a customer service center to help while I was in the “lobby.” (The lobby is a couch by the elevator)
The process was excruciating trying to troubleshoot a login issue and took over half an hour on the phone when I arrived. Pathetic..this is not even a hotel, it’s a lousy building with a series of rooms that are each locked by a key code that you have to punch to get room access. Despite this, I was still forced to provide them a trove of personal information including my birthday, my address, email, phone, and a photo of my passport…all just so I can get the key code to enter the room that I already paid over $250 for one night! Sucks!!
